The manager Stephanie is extremely rude and unprofessional. Got the worst attitude when I asked for extra ice claimed there was “already enough ice in the drink”. Who does that when a paying customer asks for a request.

Ordered LG Amercano w/2 extra espresso shots and 2pumps of Carmel...almost $8. Got some watery milky sweet crap with no espresso...it was too late to return it as I had to be at work 6:50 am...thanks for F'in up my Sunday am again...could you guys please try to pay attention to customer orders??

Quick, clean, courteous. No complaints here. It's donuts and coffee (and a great grilled cheese too).
My breakfast sandwich was hard?. I had to turn back around and come back to ask for another one. That one was hard too and the hash browns were very greasy. I definitely will not be going back. This was my first time trying Dunkin. Very disappointed.

We order from the app almost everyday and lately nothing has been ready when we get there. And the workers (some of them) are just plain rude and start complaining to us how nobody wants to come to work! I’m sorry but that’s not my problem. Then they give me the wrong food.you order a specialty donut and they don’t have it, so what I spend the extra money for nothing? And instead of the ham and Swiss croissant, they gave me a sausage wake up wrap. I’m pretty sure that I just got screwed out of a few dollars!
