I ordered through door dash. 3 donuts were not donuts I chose. ? 1 had no icing. It looked like it had been scraped off the chocolate donut. All were dry, like they were 2 days old. Seems like they prepackaged whatever they want to give to Door dash customers. My drink was supposed to be black, no dairy and they still added creamer.For the $$ you spend, the quality doesn't compare. It was a waste and Door Dash didn't correct the issue.

When my mom and I walked in we noticed that the floor was very slippery and greasy. The employees was laughing at us the way we walking across the floor.They should know not have the mop not so slippery.The lady that checked us out she put my chocolate donuts down wards were the chocolate cream was in the bag.

Dunkin' in Midtown is the spot! We never have a problem with the food, and drinks are made with love! It depends on which cashier you get but for the most part it's always good service! We sat outside this last time, and the weather and ambiance were on point!
