This Dunkin Donuts location has drastically improved. The staff are friendly and the orders are accurate. Good job!

Average donuts. Good but not my favorite. We mostly visited for the Halloween buckets. They are super cute. Got one bucket for a gift. Service was friendly but not prompt.

Massachusetts native , home to the original Dunkins here. Went to the location at 5150 Poplar Ave in Memphis. Ordered at drive thru a muffin for Hubby and a bagel for myself. Requested toasted with butter and cream cheese on it. Was told the cream cheese would be on the side. Ok fine. Pull away from window, now have to pull over somewhere to put the cream cheese on my bagel. Well what do you know....butter isn't on the bagel either. In fact it's rock hard. And better yet, there's no knife in the bag to apply either to the bagel. And I'm thinking this bagel was several days old. Not only could I not bite through it, I couldn't even tear a piece off with my teeth. I would have had better luck eating rawhide. In Massachusetts it is presumed if you order at the drive thru, chances are good you want to consume while commuting. Hard to do when you have to spread butter and cream cheese with your fingers. Do better Memphis Dunkin

Dunkin’ & Baskin Robins combo has become problematic. Went through the drive thru at 7:25 PM to get a couple donuts and a milkshake for the family. The drive thru attendants said the blenders were being cleaned and unable to make a milkshake because it had been slow. They don’t close until 9 PM. It took multiple requests for them to make a milkshake and the employees made it seem as if I was being an inconvenience to them.

This place has to shut down. 2 times I tried for a hot cappuccino and I saw them steaming my milk but still my coffee was ice cold. Sure the machine is not working and I never order cream in my coffee every time they had cream. Teams are not properly trained and machines suck.
I am a fan for dunkin coffee taste but this branch sucks and frustrated for my money and coffee

Me and my bf came to get some breakfast and the lady on the head set was extremely rude. Started yelling because my bf was trying to see the menu because the lights were off on it. Definitely doesn’t need to be working here if she’s going to be so rude an have an atitude when people are trying to order.

Stellar service always but they always seem to be out of stuff whenever I go by. Always other options though and staff are very helpful and kind.

As we were ordering at the drive thru with one employee, another employee came on the speaker with a terrible attitude. The coffee has too much sugar and has a grainy texture. Poor customer service.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing Dunkin’ employee in the plaid shirt who was holding it down like a true pro this afternoon! It looked like she was running the entire store by herself—taking orders, making drinks, and still managing to greet everyone with a smile and kind attitude. Even with a line, she stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Her work ethic and positive energy didn’t go unnoticed. She deserves serious recognition—Dunkin’ is lucky to have her!

I had a rude experience like a lot of others. I ordered two black coffees, and the lady told me $13.13 at the speaker. When I pulled around, she quoted me 9.50. I offered to pay the $13.13 but she was furious and demanded I pay $9.50. I guess the poor person behind me must have gotten overcharged. I left wondering how ANYONE could be this upset so early in the morning.

I prefer driving to this location over the Union one because each time I’ve gotten my food it’s always been made correctly and fresh. The workers have amazing customer service and they’re always kind. If you have a order pick up, I recommend going through drive thru even if the line seems long over going inside because the drive thru lines always move faster than having to wait inside in a line since they don’t have a designated order pick up register.
