As we were ordering at the drive thru with one employee, another employee came on the speaker with a terrible attitude. The coffee has too much sugar and has a grainy texture. Poor customer service.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing Dunkin’ employee in the plaid shirt who was holding it down like a true pro this afternoon! It looked like she was running the entire store by herself—taking orders, making drinks, and still managing to greet everyone with a smile and kind attitude. Even with a line, she stayed calm, friendly, and efficient. Her work ethic and positive energy didn’t go unnoticed. She deserves serious recognition—Dunkin’ is lucky to have her!

I had a rude experience like a lot of others. I ordered two black coffees, and the lady told me $13.13 at the speaker. When I pulled around, she quoted me 9.50. I offered to pay the $13.13 but she was furious and demanded I pay $9.50. I guess the poor person behind me must have gotten overcharged. I left wondering how ANYONE could be this upset so early in the morning.

I prefer driving to this location over the Union one because each time I’ve gotten my food it’s always been made correctly and fresh. The workers have amazing customer service and they’re always kind. If you have a order pick up, I recommend going through drive thru even if the line seems long over going inside because the drive thru lines always move faster than having to wait inside in a line since they don’t have a designated order pick up register.

The Iced Vanilla Coffee was good but it kinda tasted like it lacked sugar… and the hash browns are always SOFT. I hate soft hash browns. They are meant to be CRISPY.

The donut and the coffee very consistent...Classic Dunkin...The service was as follows the first person that I met was slightly grumpy....she might need coffee...The woman that handed me my order was everything I had come to expect at my favorite Dunkin .. at The Merc...Chicago...It is lovely to sit have a coffee and breath before a busy day begins...

Dunkin is better than Starbucks any day!! Let’s argue. One of my favorite places. Have i ever had the donuts? No but the drinks are good.
Loved going here after my daily walks at Sea Isle Park. Always treated myself and my dogs to pup cups and good drinks. They said they no longer do pup cups. Won’t be going back to Dunkin if this is for all locations.

I visited a Dunkin’ Donuts location located at 5150 Poplar Ave this morning and was treated horribly by someone claiming to be the manager, but refused to give me her name. I inquired about my iced latte not having whipped cream and she responded with the snarkiest attitude , “I ain’t the one who took your order boo”, while rolling her eyes and her neck. I then asked this individual to provide me with corporate and/or the district managers number, in which she also refused and stated, “we ain’t got one, we don’t have a corporate.” Luckily, I noticed the QR code on the drive through window, which directed me to the district managers phone number. I will not be returning to this location that I have been visiting almost daily for the past 4 months.

We don't speak much English. The staff didn't pay much attention to us. My dad asked for a cappuccino,the girl understood what he asked for. And then the girl gave him a coffee. My dad told her that he asked for a Cappuccino and the girl told him that he only ordered a coffee, also one of the donuts we ordered was like it was bitten. Change the staff and check the food you give.
