Walked into this establishment today around 1:15 pm. Store was next to empty. BOTH employees, a female and male looked right us as we stood at the cash register waiting to order and proceeded to ignore us. Not a “we’ll be right with you”, nothing. After standing there for quite some time we opted to leave and drive to another DD location where we would be acknowledged and helped. Shame on the employees and management who allow this behavior. We won’t return.

This is one of my favorite locations. I drink coffee every morning. It gets me going my recommendation for you Coffee lovers medium or large Hot coffee original blend with a shot of espresso. Add butter pecans swirl.

For a family of 7 I ordered $85 worth of donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Sandwiches were fine. However, when I picked up my order at 10:45AM I was informed almost half my order had to be substituted due to being out of donuts. This establishment is open until 8pm, I have to question how a business with donut in the name runs out of donuts and decides not to make more? I could understand if the business closed at noon, however, with more than 10 hours left in a working day what do the employees do considering I witnessed multiple cars being told they were out of donuts. Atleast the management was nice enough to offer a refund for all the items they did not have, however, proceed with caution.
What a great place to grab a quick coffee or breakfast. I met a friend here for coffee last week and had a great experience. The coffee was hot and delicious and the service was fast and friendly.

Told me they don't do smores lattes so they gave me a stores cold brew. It was just black coffee. Multiple issues coming to this store in past and present. Going to just start driving the extra 10 mins to the cordova location for my daily dunkin

Make sure they dont charge you for full price when you use a coupon. The attendant charged me full price even after I shared the coupon with her (which she told me to keep because it was attached to other coupons). When I asked for my receipt in looking at it I noticed that she charged me full price price and the coupon was for $1.79. I came back around and confronted her and received my change. Then when I got situated to drink my French vanilla latte the bottom of my drink was nothing but sugar...I didn't ask that sugar be added because I know it makes it too sweet...it was so sweet that I couldn't drink it. Not a happy camper...my order was a simple request. Make sure when using coupon they credit you for it 1.70+ adds up.

Whoever Dunkin hired since the re opening needs to be rescinded !!!! I stop at Dunkin almost every day. Since the remodeling of this place, the company has went down tremendously. The inside looks nice but these employees are incompetent all the way to the management of the place. You can place an online order , they can't get it right . You are waiting on your order forever. It's burnt and made wrong! Drinks are made wrong . Sweet Tea is not sweet . Let's get into the attitudes. I mean the young girl they have working the front counter has an attitude on 10. Very rude and nasty. Her hair is flying everywhere all down her back. This is food industry. Very unsanitary! I'm disappointed with this establishment. I guess this is my sign to stop spending money at Dunkin' Donuts .
