I have never eaten there before, but I was surprised at how good the crescent was. It was very flavorful. I love mine with jelly, but I really didn't need it.

The worst service I have ever experienced!! I walked in during the lunch hour and there were no customers anywhere! That should have been a Red Flag! There were 2 guys behind the counter and they both looked at me and said nothing. I said good afternoon fellas and still they didn't even acknowledge me. I simply turned around and left and went to Howard's Doughnut down the road!! Duncan Doughnuts- trained your people to at least greet customers!!

This is long overdue but imma just leave this here. They do not clean at this location, this is what a build up if spoiled milk looks like after not cleaning it for months. It smelt horrible and it made me have horrible diarrhea and stomach cramps. I had to be hospitalized. If I could describe the smell of the old milk that’s been served to countless of consumers I’d say it smelt exactly like my diarrhea and I’m so sorry for every customer that has gotten something from here.

Because they make mistakes my order and bagel was not fresh and i ask for cream cheese on it but they forgot and i have to ask for on the side and i ask for everything bagel without ask me they make plain bagel and when i ask them to change after 5 minutes he said he out the everything bagel and he give me same bagel back and it washes so hard service also bad they just not pay attention they talking each other

My 4 year old daughter stop by Dunkin every morning for munchkins and sometimes a coffee or the cream cheese filled bagels. Coffee is questionable some days and the munchkins are great except the powdered ones and the jelly filled.
