the morning staff are not doing their job properly

My son was thoughtful enough to bring me coffee this morning. He knows one of my favorite cold coffee drinks is an iced caramel craze lattee. It's frustrating because several times I've ordered it and it wasn't made correctly! One morning a young man was obviously training a young woman. She questioned him about the ingredients. He actually told her NO CARAMEL goes into a caramel craze latte! As expected, it was horrible. It was really cold out this morning so my son bought me a hot latte. Upon receiving the latte this morning, I again noticed the taste was off but couldn't figure out why. I looked at the label thinking maybe they had given him the wrong type of coffee. While reading the label I realized the problem. THERE'S NO COFFEE IN IT(see the picture)! When it comes to coffee Dunkin USED to be my number 2 spot. With the addition of several new coffee shops in my area, this will drop them out of my top 5! SMH!! This ridiculous!

I had an online order for drive thru pick up on 11/8 at 11:43am. First, there was an employee outside cursing leaning on a driver’s side door to a car. But that’s The least of my worries. My hashbrowns were fine. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and an everything bagel. My everything bagel was burnt. I get these often, and I can tell the difference between the seasoning and it being too burnt. In addition, my BEC bagel had a hair in it. I turned around and went back to the store. When I went inside to address the situation, the employee did not apologize. They told us that the burnt parts were the seasoning. You can see that under the seasoning is VERY toasted. They seemed so bothered that we had asked them to remake our food. I noticed that the employees weren’t wearing their hats the correct way, with their hair hanging in their face. Which is how the food got hair in it in the first place. When they remade it, it wasn’t any better. But there was no hair. In all of this, the employee who was outside was still having their conversation through the time it took for me to pull up, get my order, drive off, come back and have my food remade. 10/10 would NEVER come back.

It took 15 minutes and it was just 2 vehicles in the line.. and the people in the car where you place order kept saying hello and no one came .. do better. Drive thru I’m back again this morning and still sitting in the line waiting to place an order again and see cars behind me leaving and no one coming to take order.. this is terrible business to have happen 2 days in a row.

Not all items in menu are available, staff are not properly trained and coffee is not stirred at all. Is this the kind of coffee you want to serve?

I don't know what happened to this place but they have absolutely the rudest people I've ever dealt with running this place now. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Drive thru person and front counter lady is very rude. No knowledge. Incompetent and thinks it's the customer fault when she messes up an order. Will not be returning !!

Slow dunkin
I feel like I just lived through a SNL skin. They have lost my service forever. Too many times have they messed up my order. This time they told me I had to pay at least $3 for my iced coffee even though I had a physical coupon for 99¢ (can’t stack coupons and drinks were $3 after 1pm). Actually ridiculous so I walked out.
When you think of Dunkin’ Donuts you normally think fresh . Not here , I’m here at 730 am and the donuts are from the day before. Already dried out. The girl was new and couldn’t figure out the cash register. I understand why no one is here. Also struggled to which donuts were which.

GM was very rude. Windows person had no knowledge. I ordered donuts and 2 cups of water. They didn't ring the water up and told me I could get 1 water. I said I ordered 2. She said you have to pay for it. I said that's why I ordered it so I could pay for it. They refused to sell me the water and told me to get out of her line. That's from the general manager.

The price of a drink keeps going up but they add triple the amount of ice to their drinks and ignore a simple request for less ice. The old management was amazing, the new staff on hand is terrible.
