GM was very rude. Windows person had no knowledge. I ordered donuts and 2 cups of water. They didn't ring the water up and told me I could get 1 water. I said I ordered 2. She said you have to pay for it. I said that's why I ordered it so I could pay for it. They refused to sell me the water and told me to get out of her line. That's from the general manager.

The price of a drink keeps going up but they add triple the amount of ice to their drinks and ignore a simple request for less ice. The old management was amazing, the new staff on hand is terrible.

Rude , was waiting by the counter 5min finally someone comes up and when i ask for donuts they don’t have any. How is this a donut shop when they rarely have any . Do your self a favor and dive another mile , Amazing Glaze is just down the road . Now that’s a real donut shop

I had one of the best customer service experiences at Dunkin’ Donuts in Cordova-off Germantown Parkway recently. I don’t usually stop here, but the restaurant next door was packed and I was in a rush. I decided to go through the drive-thru, and that’s when I first encountered the young man I want to highlight.

From the moment he spoke over the intercom, he was clear, patient, and very respectful. When I pulled up to the window, he greeted me with the same pleasant tone, a smile, and kept addressing me politely with “yes ma’am.” His professionalism stood out immediately.

Curious, I asked his age, and he told me he was just 22. (His parents truly did a fabulous job!) I was so impressed that after pulling off, I parked and went inside to personally tell him how much I appreciated his beautiful customer service. I even tried to leave him a tip, but he kindly told me he couldn’t accept it—because he’s the GM! I was stunned at his age, but not surprised given the way he carried himself.

Mr. TJ, if you happen to see this review—please continue to keep that amazing personality, leadership, and welcoming attitude. You made such an impression that I’ve already been back three days in a row!!

Horrible trying to get coffee made correctly. Order no sugar made 4 times with sugar. Ordered extra ice. No ice added. Obviously playing games with orders.

It’s amateur hour every time I’ve stopped by this location or ordered online. Got my latest Grubhub order wrong. Never have both registers whenever I’ve come in. Master class in disorganization.

It took more than 5 minutes before someone took my order. No other persons were in the restaurant. The drive-thru was clear when I entered the building. At 0700, they did not have any munchkins, which is what I went there for. I bought 2 doughnuts. They tasted like leftovers from the previous day. I tried the bacon, egg, and cheese wrapped in the tortilla (forgot the actual name of the item) for the 1st time. It was good, but much smaller than imagined that it would be.

i do not like this location at all 😭 the iced coffee is always weak and watery. it seems like these are kids running the store. i hate to waste gas but im just gonna start driving back to the lakeland dunkin.

Our family used to be loyal customers here. Like every weekend breakfast place but we stopped when a (new) manager gave us an attitude. She was so rude after we told her that we were given the wrong order. I guess she didn’t have an idea that we were loyal customers (but whether we are or not, all customers should be treated well). Then, after about 5-6months of not going to this location, we gave it a chance today just to try their Spring menu and oh! such a disappointment, from order taking to messing up our orders! Only proves that most of the negative reviews posted (ahead of mine) here are true. They have bad customer service, very impolite and when you tell them (in a nice way) that they gave you a wrong order, they’ll make you feel that it’s your fault. When obviously, it’s theirs.

He said we closed and it’s not seven he can serve one cup of coffee I understand arrive two minutes before seven but the cup of coffee is just need two minutes. It’s never that serious.

NEE MANGER Kris (woman) has great vibes for the mornings now better than ever the sweet tea is amazing food fresh and hot . It’s clean in the food stations and drinks as well . Bathroom smell nice and are cleaned .
