I used to really enjoy this dunkin. But unfortunately I’m not sure what happened. They never fill the drinks up all the way , especially for hot drinks. They’ll consistently have atleast an inch of the drink empty (this has been my experience the past 3 visits).

They sometimes take a while but it’s worth it they make every drink so good plus the staff is really sweet.

Asked for no bacon due to the fact that I don’t eat pork🤦🏾♂️ I Also had my rewards out but couldn’t get the rewards points for my order because the scan tool couldn’t scan the barcode on my device😑

What establishment sells a product but not the condiments like (JELLY) to go on the (breakfast sandwich) 😢 if I had time I would have asked for a refund. I dont like dry ass breakfast sandwiches especially not for 6 bucks and some change. Whomever is franchising this location needs help because this happened a good 5 years ago which is one of the reasons I stopped shopping at this location.
You knew you didnt have the condiments when I ordered why didnt you just let me know when I ordered. FOH

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience at your Dunkin' Donuts location. As a long-standing customer, I have always valued the service and quality provided. However, during my visit today, I encountered new employees who exhibited unprofessional behavior. Upon inquiring about the estimated wait time, I was met with laughter. Furthermore, when I attempted to order my usual drink, I was informed that they could not fulfill the order, stating that they simply did not want to. This behavior is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider patronizing this Dunkin' location in the future. I urge you to address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the level of service that is expected. It is disheartening to encounter such attitudes, and I believe that employees who are unwilling to provide adequate service should not be in customer-facing roles. As a result, I will no longer be visiting this Dunkin' Donuts.
