What establishment sells a product but not the condiments like (JELLY) to go on the (breakfast sandwich) 😢 if I had time I would have asked for a refund. I dont like dry ass breakfast sandwiches especially not for 6 bucks and some change. Whomever is franchising this location needs help because this happened a good 5 years ago which is one of the reasons I stopped shopping at this location.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with a recent experience at your Dunkin' Donuts location. As a long-standing customer, I have always valued the service and quality provided. However, during my visit today, I encountered new employees who exhibited unprofessional behavior. Upon inquiring about the estimated wait time, I was met with laughter. Furthermore, when I attempted to order my usual drink, I was informed that they could not fulfill the order, stating that they simply did not want to. This behavior is unacceptable and has led me to reconsider patronizing this Dunkin' location in the future. I urge you to address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the level of service that is expected. It is disheartening to encounter such attitudes, and I believe that employees who are unwilling to provide adequate service should not be in customer-facing roles. As a result, I will no longer be visiting this Dunkin' Donuts.

Ordered through drive thru a small hot coffee with cream and sugar, the coffee was very very weak, more like water with cream.

The workers at this Dunkin’ are so lackadaisical and slow. There a few good ones but the majority of them have no sense of urgency whatsoever. The lady who I am presuming to be the manager is one of the main ones. The line is usually always wrapped around the building and customers are in line for 15-30 min. It’s ridiculous. The food and coffee are hit or miss.

On Saturday April 12, 2025 at around 2:30pm I went here through the drive through and i usually don’t get coffee from here. I got an iced shaken espresso and i came back in the line to add cold foam because it was just too strong. I asked the lady nicely if i could add some to my drink and that i would pay for it. She told me in a rude manner that next time i need to add it to my drink when i place the order. I told her i apologise and i also told her ive never gotten coffee from dunkin. She responded saying that even if you have never gotten coffee from dunkin that it was common knowledge and i should know it’s going to be strong because it “clearly has espresso in the name. Then she didn’t give me the chance to speak and grabbed my drink and added the cold foam aggressively and brought me the drink back with whipped cream all over the outside of the cup and all over her hands and even acknowledged that there was whipped cream all over it and still gave it to me.

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it bad. The way they make drinks can go either way, like this time I had no flavor in my caramel latte but other times they make it the best. Just how coffee goes. The food gets made there and always tastes how it looks. People taking the order are always nice for sure, and at the window. Ordered iced latte and a donut $7-$8 total.
