I get large hot coffee everyday before my gym and the staff puts too much sugar in it making it extremely sweet.I will never be going to dunkin ever again.Staff is rude,not friendly and purposefully put too much sugar in the coffee.

Never Eat Here. I ordered Donuts and 1 of them was missing half of it. When I asked for a replacement the young lady at the window said, "Whats wrong, you can't eat a half a donut?" I said I didnt order a half a Donut. She again looked at me as if I'm not making any since. When I requested my money back she walked away, and I spoke with the manager. The Donuts are horrible and the customer service is worse.

Went through drive through. Coffee was disappointing. Tasted watered down and no hazelnut taste or smell..Croissant sandwich was decent. Almost $9 for coffee and a sandwich and the coffee was the whole purpose for our visit. Dunkin use to have the best coffee..was not impressed..

Regarding store on Goodman. Coffee has gotten so bad ,I might need to go elsewhere. It is bitter and foul tasting. I buy everyday and the last three times the iced coffee has been just awful. I complained to employee and she said she would let owner know. Apparently not.
I like Dunkin coffee better than some well known coffee shops. Sometimes the service is slow and sometimes but rarely they get confused about what I ordered using their app. Most of the time service is good, accurate, and prompt.
I have stopped in a couple of times. I have nothing but good experiences here.

Sunday morning at 9 they didn't even have people, I ordered online and among them two Frozen Coffee Caramel, because I saw that the boy forgot to put the caramel in one and I told the lady at the vent in the best possible way that Please put the candy in the next one, which he got upset and said he already had. The service was not pleasant, nor was our breakfast, because they did it wrong and everything was crushed. I recommend that you check your order carefully and in terms of service, don't worry. I recommend it . Bad experience with staff and food.
