Walked in. Waitress came up to us about 5 minutes after we got there and looked pissed off. It wasn't crowded. We ordered chicken fingers and a chicken salad sandwich. It took 45 minutes to get the food. 2 other couples were in there, ordered, ate and left before we got our food. Got our food asked for bbq sauce. Never came. Had to ask again for that and a refill. Asked for the ticket. Never came. Asked again she rolled her eyes and still never came. Had to get up and ask her for the ticket AND she tipped herself as a "service charge." Have been going here for MANY MANY years and if I ever walk in there and see her again, I will leave. Also I have NEVER written a bad review on any restaurant ever. I have worked in the industry and understand people have crap days but when it is JUST us with the issues....its on you.

Ordered to go. The patty melt, Reuben and stuffed potato were all delicious! Every server was in there hustling. Haven't been here in a few years but I'll definitely be back!

My friend and I decided to tried East End Grill on March 11th, 2024. When we walked in the server told us to sit anywhere we like. Once we sit down there was a strange smell just for a moment. When we was waiting for our food my friend noticed something in the salt. We saw this yellow maybe worm looking thing, so we didn't use the salt. When our food arrived we kinda forgot about the salt situation. I got the Chicken Breakfast Club and my friend got the Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella with Linguine. She likes the linguine, but there was some burnt part of the chicken. I really like the Chicken Breakfast Club the bacon, fried egg, and cheese with the perfectly seasoned chicken blend so well together. The fries was also okay.

The customer service was horrible. I called to see what time did they close because the previous day they close early due to management and a young man answered the phone. It was very rude and hung up in my face because I try to clarify what time they close that was before I wouldn't even go just based off customer service over the phone

I have never seen a Ghengis so out of items. Literally half or more from the meats, spices, veggies and sauces. Maybe going out of business? A lot of money for half the selection. On the upside, the staff were great.

Not very To-Go friendly. Online menu prices are not updated and $11 in hidden fees for my order. Food was decent.

I went here recently with a group of friends. I debated posting this but it is still disgusting me. Waitstaff is so obviously beyond strung out on God knows what. Our server could barely keep her eyes open while talking to us. The appetizers were good but sandwiches were lackluster. It really rubbed me the wrong way that the straws come unwrapped. No one wants a waitress who's high touching the things you put in your mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Will never go back.

Our First Experience Was Yesterday On Christmas! Never Have I Ever Been The Type To Go Out To Eat On Christmas, It’s Always Been a Tradition To Eat At Home. But This Year Things Were Different. Nevertheless, My Family And I Enjoyed Our Host, The Other Workers, The Atmosphere, The Food, and The Price! I Do Not Remember Our Waitress Name, But She Was Extremely Nice and My Daughter Really Enjoyed Her, But I Hope She Serves Is Next Time. We Will Definitely Be Back. Thank You all Again For A Great Experience and For Being Open On Christmas. Because You All Deserve To Be Home With Your Families Also, But Instead You All Were Serving Us And I Appreciate That. You Got Yourselves Some New Faithful Customers. This Is Definitely a Christmas We Will Never Forget, Especially For Our 6 Year Old Daughter.

Needed a quick bit for dinner and saw it wasn't too busy. Crayfish dip was amazing, followed by the fish tacos and signature burger, which were equally delicious. Lastly, Melissa never let my beer get empty or hubby's coke get empty. I saw her interactions with several tables, and she never missed and had a welcoming, easy manner. We will definitely be back.

Went with 13 buddies to discuss a up coming trip. We were seated outside due to a lack of seating inside. There was no heat. Ask if we could get the heaters on and was told there was not propane. The manager came out and told us he was not going to send anyone to get propane and if we wanted we could go get it ourselves. We all left and went down the road to discuss our trip.
