Pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and decently priced!!
We were staying at a next door hotel and wanted some dinner. My wife looked up the menu on their website and it looked like they had a good variety of tapas, so we headed over. When we walked in at about 8pm the place was empty with just one person sitting at the bar. A young woman was just finishing up her music set and he left as soon as she was done. The big surprise was the menu given us. Maybe a quarter of the items listed on the website were on it. The server told us they were reworking their menu and this was all that was available. We ordered some pot stickers and a cold, spicy cucumber dish, both of which were very good. Being quite hungry we also ordered 2 different mini pizzas which seemed an odd menu item for the type of restaurant we were at, but with the limited menu options and being hungry we thought we would give them a try. The pot stickers were good enough that we ordered a second dish while waiting for the pizzas to come out. Those did eventually arrive, and boy I wish they hadn't. Awful is the only way to describe them. Frozen pizza dough, defrosted and then covered in a flavorless cheese. The server was young and inexperienced and didn't know the menu or bar specials and was not very attentive. The prices on the menu did not match the amount charged on the bill for a couple of items. So there you have my mixed feelings on this establishment. 2 very good dishes followed by probably the worst pizza I've ever been served. Spotty service and price irregularities from a menu that in no way resembled the one on their website.
Awesome food and a GREAT Selection of bourbon
THEY HAVE BLANTON'S!!!!!!! What more can I say. Very cozy, food is good and bourbon selection is really good
How have I never been here ?????? Went Friday night for my first visit. The bartender/server Aaron and Bryan were so accommodating. Aaron offered me many recommendations that I chose and were perfect. Full bar with a very creative and delicious libations menu. Eclectic and original menu with the option to order off their sister menu from Wangs mandarin house next door . Wine and whiskey flights and Chinese food. How can you go wrong with that ? Live music on select nights. Cozy atmosphere. I'll be back. Again and again. Possibly one of Memphis' best kept secrets but I'm ready to change that
It was ok. Wouldn't go again. Place was very understaffed. One guy was running around doing everything, while owner was watching and drinking. Made it for slow service. It's connected to the Chinese Restaurant next door. I am guessing the same owner.
Drinks are strong and unique (the geisha is my usual choice), the tapas is pretty cheap, and there's live music once in a while. Great date spot. The truffle mac n cheese and cheese puffs are the best things on the menu.
Excellent service by the very nice woman in charge at the bar and who took our orders. Excellent wine suggestion. Excellent beer suggestion. Food was great. Wonderful ambience.
Best place in town to unwind ever. Its better than Cheers on TV. Nice clean cozy place to enjoy friends at the bar or table. I walk in and the bar tender Brian knows my name and right away what I want to drink. He always has great suggestions for appitizers too. Thank you Brian! You are the beat!
Service seemed over whelmed. Did not get my order at all. 26 sep 2018 evening. I waited for hours then was told we sold out. I bought one beer and just stayed with my group after that. I no longer wanted to be there. I am not sure I will ever come back. I can't recommend anyone to go here.

Cool place, guitar player added a nice touch
What happened???? You used to be great??? Just ate there. I’m so sad. What happened? Why did you pour bottled barbecue sauce over everything? I mean everything. The edemame? With a cup of ketchupy fishy barbecue sauce on top?gross. Your guacamole used to be fantastic! Now it’s nasty!!!its frozen Costco guacamole !!we got the raw vegetables. Usually it’s fresh peppers, carrots , tonight sad celery and rotting dried up carrots. This is sad!! You won awards for this Asian guacamole in the past. Please? Did you lose your chef? What is up? Did I come on a bad night? The wine was fine. So there’s that.
Very relaxing place to visit before dining out.
