We had our kids 3rd birthday party here and it was fantastic!! They are twins and she decorated boy/girl them paw patrol perfectly!! we got the complete package and all we had to do was show up!! if you are looking for a one stop shop the whole family can enjoy this is the only place in Memphis to do it!!! she did food, snacks, decor, and provide entertainment from ages 0-99!! The manager is very nice and sweet she made sure everything was taking care of. Her staff is amazing made sure everyone had everything they needed was a great help. Great space the kids had so much fun didn’t want to leave. I will be booking again!!

This venue overall was a 10/10. I booked the Mega package that included a full setup : pizza, candy, chips , water/juice, decorations, play area etc. for 24 kids. There was a contract put in place to make sure everyone involved understood everything. My daughter party was Gracie corner and the owner exceeded the expectations. I definitely would recommend!

I’ve have better experiences. I was very very disappointed in the delivery of presentation of what I purchased . The package I chose was 450.00 included playtime , pizza for 12 kids , and juice box’s for each kid , and lastly a balloon column that one of the workers told me she made days prior and reused ( photo attached) . The balloon column was deflated not freshly made the day of ( thankfully I stopped and got some balloons at Party City to add to theirs ), the kids didn’t have individual juice boxes they had a gallon of Hawaiian Punch that one of the teenagers poured up in cups and left on the table , mind you we are dealing with toddlers this is a 2 year old birthday party those were knocked over shortly after .
The owner called me the day prior to inform me that food would not be available for purchase due to something going on with the kitchen but she would “okay” for me to bring food for the party . Fast forward to the day of the party , I inquire about bringing sodas in and the gentleman who was there handing the building in her absence with the teens informed me that I could bring my own due to the circumstances he was lately made aware of upon my arrival .
The gentleman in her absence was her son who was very very apologetic and had great hospitality.
Don’t get me wrong my son and children had a good time but the whole situation was unorganized and lacked communication. Now here we are preparing to eat and I inquired if they had any extra plates on hand and one of the teenage workers stated she would check but they would not be for free … she returns with some plates and informs me that they will be $5.00 , the plates look as if they came from dollar tree . I proceeded to purchase them so that my guest could have something to eat on as in initially they were going to purchase food from the place so I wouldn’t have needed to provide plates but being that I had to provide food for my guest since her place didn’t have the availability for us to purchase my bad for assuming the plates would have been given as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
I later asked did they have ice , she said not for free I asked could I purchase she informed me no because they only provide one bag an ice for the bar area .
I say all of this to say , I expected my experience to be better than this one . I spoke with the owner after the party asking would I be discounted or compensated for the lack there of and she said all I can do is “apologize for the balloon column , they have been open 5 years and they know better in her absence they should have done better “ . That’s it that’s all . SMH … after I get my deposit back I will be sure to NEVER book again for me it’s a NO .

I recently rented a party room at Egerays Party Room for a special occasion, and I was quite disappointed with the service we received.
Upon arrival, we were not greeted properly, which made the experience feel less welcoming. It would have been nice to be acknowledged and made to feel more at home as we started our celebration.
Additionally, as the event progressed, we felt rushed to leave, despite having reserved the room for our allotted time. This not only disrupted our celebration but also left us feeling unwelcome. It felt as though the staff were more focused on turning over the room than on ensuring that we had a good experience.
I believe that with a little more attention to customer service and hospitality, Egerays Party Room could provide a much more enjoyable experience for future guests. I hope they take this feedback into consideration.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this venue for future events.

We found Egerays online and were excited to host my daughter’s birthday there. From the jump, we were met with a weird energy from the owners but we brushed it off to being possibly due to being a bad day. We were told that we would have someone reach out to us to confirm our party details, and never did. We get there 20 mins before the start of our time, and instead of being greeted with a welcome, we were told that we “were too early” (and the place was empty). We were provided little to no support during the party although we were told plates, napkins, cups, pizza and juice would be provided for the kids. We ordered extra food for the adults, just to be given barely enough supplies for everyone. We also had a mishap with one of our daughter’s friends (a fellow 4 year old) that bumped the table, causing a leaning drink dispenser to spill. The owner tried to berate the 4 year old, instead of taking accountability!
The place was old and room needed a deep cleaning. We were told that the room would have a table cloth cover on the table but then we got there and were told we were too early being that (thankfully I had one, but again, if we had a prior consultation this could’ve been prepared for).
Overall, it seemed like the owners nitpicked over everything and were not trying to be helpful at all. I consider myself to be a fair and easy going person, but supporting this business made me feel SCAMMED! It’s disappointing!! While my daughters and their friends had a great time, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with an expectation of positive customer service.
20/10 !!!! Book With Egeray’s party room ASAP ! Customer service 10/10 , Decor 10/10, Energy 10/10 … They are some heartwarming and kind and they make sure you get every dollar spent !!!
