I came into Memphis and was brought here my by friend. Firstly I wanna say environment was amazing and very inviting . Second the music was amazing and the Dj did amazing with the music.Our server was Eric and he is by far the best server I’ve ever had . He was very attentive and very polite. He was so fast and accommodating . He also makes very good drinks as well.If you come here please get the burger , it was the best burger and fries I’ve ever had .Also , I would like to thank Robert for being a good host to me and my friend. He was very kind and helpful with everything we needed . You could really tell he was really good at his job .In short, if you wanna get good food and good drinks and listen to good music please come here, you won’t regret it .

Loook I’ll be honest. First time coming here the service was incredible. Erick, a tall African American gentleman, saying that so y’all know he is the legit best. The drinks he made and customer service was best. I came with a friend out of town and she loved it too. We even taught her Memphis slang. We thought he was the manager with the way he worked the room on a busy Friday night.Robert also was soooo cool. He had such a dope aura around him and made sure you felt welcome.He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did. Made the experience and my friends trip one to remember. Perfect place in Memphis for a night out when you got people like Robert and Erick. 10/10

The atmosphere is very nice and chill and I enjoy the live dj. Its a great place to socialize and meet people.will continue to come

The bar is horrible. Takes almost 20 mi s for a drink during a busy night. Thankful for the beer kiosk. I'll spend extra for way better service during live show events. I've never been down there for normal hours, but for djs or music. It's horrible. Eat at Bishop though ???

Have been coming to this location since it was transformed into a hotel/bar. Until tonight, we have always had an enjoyable time and have actively been bringing visitors to visit with us at this hotel. This evening we came to this location early to have drinks. We left and decided to come back after dinner. On our second trip back, we were accosted by the staff. They rudely came in, intimidated our group, and turned up the music to unreasonable levels to force us out of the bar area. Completely unnecessary and childish. If you are in Memphis area and trying to entertain professional clientele, you would be wise to avoid this establishment. They obviously are confused about who they are catering to. Management should reconsider who they have running their “security”. Your current staff is running off your business.

$33 for a shot of Fernet and a shot of Yellow Chartreuse... That's pretty steep for Memphis.But the service is decent, bartenders nice, live music, and if it's too loud or dark for you(or both, like me) you can go upstairs to one of the entrances which is comfortable and quiet and well lit. I think if it didn't have that area I probably wouldn't enjoy it as much. I don't think I'll be back, because I can get overall similar experiences and drink for half the price elsewhere, but it's definitely worth a visit.
