Location is permanently closed. I trusted it to be open because Google claimed hours were verified 4 days ago. Someone seriously dropped the ball on this.
I'm glad this place finally closed. It was an absolutely travesty every time I went.
Got the Texas Brisket egg Bagal on hash brown beadal. Was hot and good. Better than expected...
The same employee with the long black hair that wears the hat all the time never ever gets my order correct ?
The poplar /Perkins location in Memphis, TN is the worst. Today for lunch we wanted something good, a little healthier and quick so we went to Einsteins in memphis tn on Poplar Ave with our 2 kids. We arrived at 11:30 and did not get our food until 12:08. We were already very hungry when we arrived, my kids started crying because they were "starving". I had ordered them chocolate chip muffins, so when they got upset I went to the counter and asked if I could get them so atleast the kids could eat. I was told they were working on my order. 5 minutes later I still didn't have my order or the muffins so we ask again and I was told NO because they were already in the bag. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and worst experience. If we had wanted to wait almost 40 minutes for food we would've gone to a sit down restaurant.
Waited 20 minutes for one sandwichStaff seemed overwhelmed or disorganized not sure which. Drinks should be self served. Waste of time to have server prepare drinks they are inundated with online orders and can’t keep up with walk in’s
I enjoyed my lunch at Einstein Bagels. The tasty turkey lunch bagel sandwich is cool and delicious. The twice baked hashbrowns are delicious also. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and relaxing place to have a meal.
Most time my bagel is great but when it's not over cooking and missing ingredients has been my experience. I need bacon if I order bacon
I absolutely love this brand, and the food associated with it. I did get the wrong bagel, but I must say that it was really good, almost like fate wanted me to try something new. The service is always friendly, and the food is always really good. I like the little atrium that they have at the front of the store. It can be difficult to get in and out of the shopping center, depending on traffic flow.
Great food if you don't mind waiting an hour for a bagel after already waiting 20 minutes in line.

Your business hours say 7am to 2pm. It's passed 7am and the business is still closed. This place should have been open and ready to receive customers. Whats the issue?Additional: After reading so many negative reviews of customers having the same issues as today, and also seeing how you've refused to rectify the negative behaviors of personnel and you've refused to address the possible staffing issue, I believe it's best if you just shut the store down.
The way this place is ran just does not make any sense, they don’t tell you how it will take to get your order ready, and you end up waiting for 35 minutes just get one bagel, the management net to run this place more efficiently,
I placed an online order from the app which stated that this location opened at 7am and my order would be ready in 15-20 mins. I was charged for the order. I arrived at 7:30 and it was closed. There were other customers pulled up who also looked confused. I went back at 8:20am just to check and they were still closed with no signs of opening.
The cashier was very kind and was able to make good suggestions. The caramel machiattos are very sweet. And the bagels are decent with a good variety.
Manager refused to warm up 6 bagels for 3 of us we paid over $25. He said he's short of labor because of covid (playing covid game in 2023)and it would cost a lot of time and labor to just warm up the bagels.
