Originally from Texas but visiting Memphis. Tried this place and it was not good at all. The food is lacking any kind of flavor whatsoever. I also ordered the medium margarita which did nothing for me, it was like a milkshake. However I must give this place its props for their customer service, our waitress was nice, the manager was nice, and it is well decorated on the inside. The food just wasn’t up to par and for the prices I was expecting more. I would not recommend this place for authentic, or flavorful Mexican food.

My experience was terrible!!! I went for empanadas and they no longer had them. So I ordered the ribeye. It was pale, cold with no taste and a big hunk of fat that not edible at all. It was suppose to have grilled vegetables and they gave me some cold carrots, cauliflower that we probably frozen and heated up in the microwave...no taste. I didn't want to make a scene so I asked the young lady to ask the manager to come over. He says he would give me a 10% discount off of it. He didn't even try to fix the issue. He was not even concerned about my issue. I dont normally complain but was totally unacceptable and I will not go back.

I ordered Tacos and they were somewhat dry. The salsa was very very spic but it wasn't nasty. My friend had spinach dip and a margaritas and said it was delightful! The staff did sing happy birthday to her and they gifted her dessert which was sweet! Thank you for your kindness and making this delightful experience for my friend.
At this restaurant I ordered a “California Burrito,” which states that it has “mixed veggies” in it. At every other mexican restaurant that usually means grilled onions and peppers. I even called a few friends who agreed with me. Upon receiving and biting into the California Burrito, I found that mixed veggies meant broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. I genuinely believe that someone went to Kroger and just bought a bag of frozen mixed veggies, microwaved it, and then threw it in the burrito. It is without a question the worst meal I’ve had at any mexican restaurant ever. I called several of hispanic friends to report this crime against mexican culture. The service and atmosphere were fine but I didn’t even make it halfway through my burrito before I stopped eating there as it was genuinely disgusting. I spent more time picking out these microwaved mushy vegetables than actually eating. I told the waiter I was done and declined a to-go box. While at the register, I even double checked the menu to make sure that it didn’t say anything about this horrible combination, which it didn’t. This restaurant now lives in infamy with most of my friends and you couldn’t pay me to set foot back in this place.

I called to inquire about a few items & the man that answered the phone was very helpful! When my friend called back to place the order she said he was very helpful as he remembered talking to me! I went to pick up the order & the customer service was just as great & the food was delicious! Mexican food isn't ever my 1st choice but I will say nothing could of been any better & glad we got our order from here! I highly recommend this restaurant! I was very full when I finished my meal! Over the years I have eaten @ Mexican restaurants but will say this location was better than all of the other one's!
