Customer service is 10 out of 10. I got here 2 minutes prior to close and my roasted chicken was superb. So immaculate that I like it over all the other store-bought roasted chickens. El Pollo Latino has a good brine on their meat and I highly recommend.

El Pollo Latino is a cozy Colombian restaurant located in a small house on Summer Ave. The interior is charming and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even tolerated my poor attempts to speak Spanish. 😁 I had the arroz con pollo, a Colombian specialty. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the rice was well-seasoned and filled with vegetables. I also had the sweet plantains, which were delicious! I ordered some shredded beef empanadas, which I took home for dinner. Everything was very tasty. I hope to return to this delightful restaurant soon.

If you are Mexican don’t go there, they will treat you with disrespect, I arrived and the place was empty a few minutes after me a Colombian lady arrived then a white couple of gentlemen. My waitress made us feel unwelcome, she took our drink order we also told her her we were ready to order food which she completely disregarded and went to the next table to take her order the. The couple of guys, we ordered picada which is supposed to have a variety of meats, arepas and other items to be honest the dish looked as if was other people left overs hardly any chicken and no meat and barely any chicharrón, I would not recommend this place at all the chicken is dry and the service was extremely bad …. I’m attaching a picture of the picada which mostly contained fries, yuca and green plantain

This place is legit! If y’all like rotisserie chicken this is the spot. It’s definitely nothing like any basic grocery store rotisserie. This stuff is cooked to perfection and flavored just right! They soup is awesome too!
