El Porton has slightly sunk. Their food was fantastic as always, but took a few times to get what I ordered correct due to linguistic barriers, my Spanish being awful and vice-versa.Speed was slow today, as I was assigned the same waiter as last time, with linguistic barrier who mistook my saying I'd like the same as last time and stating what I wanted as me saying I wanted more time twice. After flagging them down, they finally took my order, though they had trouble understanding what I said, also coming back to verify my order. Notably, showing a photo did not help, nor pointing to what I would like on the menu. they took off before I could inquire their dessert or a cup of queso, and it was altogether an extremely awkward order placement. It wasn't bad, so to speak, just frustrating and awkward.

I give them five stars because it’s a very nice place but I didn’t look at my ticket close enough and a tip was already added in with the meal but the server didn’t tell me so when I checked out I added another tip. I can see some dishonesty there. I won’t go back there.

Food is so good . I usually eat the Poblana (beef) and the charro beans and their rice ?. But I tried their mole and is yummy. Their carne asada, shrimp tacos yummy! So many options. Always a good time to eat with family or friends or if you just want to have drinks. 10+ CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD!

My favorite Mexican restaurant. They fix me special order items not even on menu like the delicious taco burger pictured not on menu..in person and through Uber Eats delivery. Their shredded chicken tacos are also so delicious. Newly renovated and super clean and very friendly staff. Managed by a husband wife team. Robots that look like cats will come to your table..unbelievably cute. Love this place!
