Got take out last night and ordered take out which included a side of large queso. They never gave us the queso and wouldn’t give us a refund over the phone. Asked that we come back and pick it up which wasn’t happening since we made it all the way home. They also had an odd sign about not giving refunds out front which makes me think stuff like this happens a lot. Be careful.

We sat in the back. The waitress was really rude and exhaled every time we asked for anything. Like she didn't give us napkins or straws, and when we asked, it seemed to be an issue. When we requested a carry out tray. She exhaled again. I'm a great tipper, but if the service is awful (and it was), I will not leave a tip. However, a gratuity fee was added to my ticket.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE;! Service was absolutely terrible. We were sitting at the back bar. Ordered our drinks. Bartender barely understood us, messed our drink order up. Then we placed our food order. As we were sitting there talking and a damn roach crawled across the bar and just sat there. DISGUSTED told them there was a roach and they still tried to make us pay for everything. I didn't want anything from there! Paid for our drinks. And told them keep the food if you have a roach crawling across the bar I can only imagine what's in the kitchen!!!!

The mixture of frozen margaritas has changed. To sweet and have gotten sick the past few visits. Food menu is limited. Wish they had bacon wrapped shrimp and jalapeño poppers. Salsa is extremely hot. Love having the patio, but drinks and food need an update.
This is a great Mexican food place at a decent location. Being off Poplar has it's pros and cons, but they have a great patio and great location. The food is great, the service is fast, and its a very reasonably priced place to eat. I only give 4 stars on "Atmosphere" because it's got a slightly "unused" feel to some parts of the restaurant when it's not busy. Granted, you don't want to clean something not used, but it almost has a storage area feel by the bar. Otherwise this place is great to spend a quick 30-45 minute lunch/dinner at.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons (limited).
10/10. Came to have a quick solo drink and dinner. First time being in here. Marlene was my server and she was excellent. Super super quick service. Will be back.
