I ordered tacos and cheese dip. The is chicken and steak were decent and had a good flavor. I liked the mural on the wall of San Diego. It’s beautiful! The sauces were a nice add on mix of flavor and heat. BUT, I’ve never been to a taco shop where the chips do not come with the cheese dip. It’s like getting a drink and having to pay for the ice. It’s just very sneaky and a good way to keep people from coming back giving you business. Also my pico was watery and tasteless. Not at all fresh and tasted store bought.

This place was such a disappointment. Got 2 tacos and a burrito and both of them came out cold. The tortillas on the tacos came straight out of the bag and were cold. The guacamole was not fresh, salsas were nothing special. Only thing okay about this place were the fries. You can get better Mexican food ANYWHERE else!

The actual restaurant may not look the nicest but it’s clean. they have the best breakfast burrito in town. Their other items, tacos, tortas, rolled tacos, carne asada fries, etc are all solid. Fresh salsa bar is 10/10

The Food and service gets a 💯. The employees are young...some people would avoid dining in with a young service crew but these young men were very well mannered and boy can they cook. I used to have lunch at the Bartlett Elana's at least once a week while working in the area. If the owner was there I would have shared with them that they are steadfast in excellent food and customer service. Thank you
