Beautiful little spot for a quick bite or a coffee. Both food and coffee were outstanding and there were also baked goods that looked incredible! Located very close to the National Civil Rights Museum. Would definitely recommend here to anyone that appreciates good coffee.

This is a great place. Grab coffee and breakfast and you won’t be disappointed. Nice people and good pastries.

This place is 2 mins from ARRIVE hotel so ideal for a breakfast. We had fruit smoothies and breakfast sandwich each, the one with sausage tastier than just egg and cheese but cheese bagel soft & a good choice.

I really don’t know how people rated this place. It is just a dirty coffee place which you can find mostly in undesirable neighborhoods. The tables were dirty when we arrived. There were people waiting. We took our time to choose items we want to order. The girl was trying to help but she couldn’t make coffee and sandwiches all at once. We realized there was an old man in the kitchen . He came to take our orders. He had problems with his hearing I guess. But he made sure that we were the guilty ones. Rude man. Refused to understand what we said . When we asked what he got as an order , he refused to check what they were. We gave up. Actually I really didn’t want to drink or eat what that man prepares. We ended up at Panera Bread and very happy with our decision. Problem was, Memphis itself is a ghost city. You can’t find a good coffee or bakery shop other than Panera Bread and Starbucks. This coffee shop is taking advantage of it and never appreciate the business you give them. Go to Starbucks for your morning coffee.

Don't go this place!!! The owner is rude rude and unwilling to serve. He has hearing problems and didn't understand what we ordered and cancelled our order . Refused to serve. Place is dirty. Not a coffee shop. Tables are not clean. That girl tries to do everything at once and wasn't enough. Never ever again

Majestic is FABULOUS!! Great food, great service, great place. Local ingredients. Amazing menu. Reasonable prices. GREAT brunch, too. Highly recommend The Majestic Grille any time for any occasion.

MY MOTHER WAS ROBBED HERE!!!!! Seriously. My mother came in the day after Thanksgiving for dinner and drinks before a concert. She placed her coat on the coat rack at the front of the restaurant during dinner as there was no place to hang your coat closer to your table. When she went to retrieve it, it was gone. This coat was very special to my mother. I understand the restaurant is not liable for their patron's robbing each other, however, the way the Majestic handled this entire situation was deplorable. After the coat was stolen, we asked for the general manager who refused to come out to speak to us about the stolen coat. Red flag #1. We called the police since the value of the coat was significant. At some point, the Majestic mentioned that they may be able to reimburse my mother through an insurance claim-- which was also explained to police Sergeant Stark. Sergeant Stark followed up with the restaurant to provide the information needed for the insurance claim. We did not hear back from Majestic for 7 days after the incident. Red flag #2. My mother called everyday to inquire about the coat and to see if there was any way to rectify the situation-- she never received a call back. Such a blatant lack of empathy and general customer service. The last time she called, she was hung up on by either Paige or Lauren. When she finally got Lauren on the phone, Lauren was extremely rude and demeaning towards my mother. Seriously-- not an ounce of empathy over the situation. My mother was robbed of a very special item at this "nice" restaurant and they have been nothing but NASTY to us. Lauren explained that there's nothing they can do. They've treated us like we were beneath them during this entire situation. I'm starting to wonder if someone who works here stole it..... BEWARE: KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS CLOSE AT THIS RESTAURANT. THE MAJESTIC GRILLE DOES NOT CARE IF PATRON'S ARE ROBBED ON THEIR PREMISES.

The Majestic is our go-to restaurant for pre-Orpheum date nights. On this particular night, I was with two girlfriends, and we were celebrating one of their birthdays. The food was fine, the service was fine. I think what I miss here is intimacy. The place is so big, it feels like a factory, and we never get to know our server or feel valued. My friend had a burger, another friend had a flatbread, I had a veggie plate (which was very good).

We arrived early to be sure we would make our reservation at 4:00 and thought we would have a drink at the bar. We were disappointed to find it was closed until 4:00 and would have to come back. It was a rainy day and we had to walk to several places before finding a place to wait. We arrived back at 4:00 to a mob in the front entrance area. It took some time to figure out the organization and how to get to the front to tell them we had a reservation. Once we were seated, we waited a bit before meeting out server. We ordered and it seemed our waiter was focused on something other than us. We did get our food and it was delicious. We paid and left as we were going to a show after dinner. I will try again and hope for better service because the food was awesome.

The food was amazing! We made a reservation walked in seated immediately, hostess was super friendly! However our server was awful!!! Had to ask multiple times for things, such as refills, bread. We waited over an hour for our food. The people around is with different servers changed twice before we got our food!

This restaurant never disappoints. I am a creature of habit, when it comes to The Majestic Grille, and always have to get the pork tenderloin, because it is always amazing. My boyfriend got the 8 oz. filet mignon with sauteed shrimp and scallops, and it was amazing. I love coming here for any occasion, but my favorite is to come here before a Broadway play. Definitely recommend.

Had the salad, steak and dessert from the pre-theatre menu. Additionally shared the crab cakes appetizer with others in my party. All was really good- except the steak. It was average...lacked flavor and tenderness. The service however was over the top. Very very attentive multiple servers made for a pleasant meal. I'd definitely go again.

Everything was wonderful from the time we walked in the restaurant. With our reservation, we were seated immediately and tended to as soon as we sat down! The food was delicious and we couldn't have asked for better service!

I love Majestic for it's ambiance and the last time I was there three years ago the good was delicious. This time however, the food left something to be desired. It was greatly under seasoned and was in no way special. Certainly not worth what we paid.

I went here for brunch the day after Valentines Day and it was packed. I had a reservation so I was able to be seated immediately. My server and service was good. My meal was also really good. I would recommend trying their omelette. I will definitely return.
