I just had my daughter’s 9th birthday here and it was very nice. The owner was very kind and helpful before, during, and after the actual day of the event. The food and atmosphere were amazing and my daughter loved it. She also got her own tea cup set and handkerchief. She is already trying to get me to go back despite just leaving. My only regret is that I didn’t take any pictures.
Didn't actually get to experience this place. Drove out to midtown only to find them closed when their hours list open until 6 today. Will give this place a try another day but also definitely will call ahead.
What a great place ! Relax , learn about tea and wellness !
Celebrated my daughter’s 10th bday here and it was an awesome experience. If you’re looking into booking do it. The atmosphere was nice and it was beautifully decorated and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back for a ladies day.
I accidentally found this little gem and I’m so glad I did! ✨ I brought my 9-month-old and a friend, and it was the sweetest experience. The lounge feels like stepping into someone’s cozy living room, full of vintage furniture and antiques that make it so inviting.
Barbara, the owner, created this place inspired by her grandmother’s tea and family stories, and you can really feel that heart and meaning in the space. The tea was delicious, the sweets were perfect, and the atmosphere made us want to slow down and just enjoy the moment.
It’s such a lovely spot for family gatherings, girl talks, or even baby showers. Definitely one of those hidden Memphis treasures that I’ll be coming back to again and again. 🫖🤍
I had such a wonderful time during my visit—it was a true delight to meet and chat with the owner, Barbara. What an incredible place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food was delicious, and the service couldn’t have been better. Everywhere you turn, there’s a perfect spot for a beautiful photo. And the tea? Absolutely outstanding. I especially fell in love with the Bourbon Street Vanilla—my new favorite. Thank you, Barbara, for your generous hospitality and the thoughtful souvenir I’ll be bringing back with me to Massachusetts. It made the experience even more special.
I had a really great time at Enchanted Tea Lounge. The food was absolutely delicious (i mean so good and it’s a good amount of food as well) and the tea options were so vast. The only critique I have is I would rather the servers dressed more put together as the decor and the over all aesthetic was very upscale and classy. I will DEFINITELY go again and recommend it to others!!
The food was delicious and the tea was amazing! This place is so beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
Beautiful and intimate space with a wide variety of tea selections.

Today, I visited Enchanted Tea Lounge with a group eager to experience its charm. Upon entering—after my party had already been seated—I was immediately hit with a wave of nostalgia. The ambiance reminded me fondly of my great-grandmother’s home. Unfortunately, that initial warmth quickly faded.
While the servers were knowledgeable about the tea selection, their appearance did not align with the aesthetic of the establishment. Dressed in running shorts, t-shirts, and with unkempt hair, it created a jarring contrast to the otherwise quaint atmosphere.
There was no food menu available, and what we were served felt inconsistent with the theme. The offerings included fresh fruit, what appeared to be possibly expired glazed donuts, warm open-faced salmon spread on bread, crustless cucumber sandwiches, undercooked chicken-spinach biscuit balls, overcooked turkey sausage links with egg and cheese on a croissant, and a small dessert tower. Unfortunately, many of these items were brought out without explanation, which left us guessing and slightly confused.
On a positive note, the staff did facilitate a tea-themed icebreaker game, which added a thoughtful and interactive touch to the visit.
The venue itself is quaint but not as pristine as photos suggest. If you suffer from severe allergies, this may impact your ability to enjoy the space. Additionally, there was no itemized receipt provided, making it unclear how our total was calculated—an oversight that didn’t inspire confidence.
At $56 per person, I left feeling unsatisfied and somewhat disappointed. A few key improvements could truly elevate this space to meet the potential it clearly has: enforcing a dress code for both staff and guests (for both aesthetic consistency and safety), deepening the commitment to cleanliness, offering a curated and cohesive menu that complements the ambiance (glazed donuts, for instance, felt out of place), choosing music that aligns with the theme of a refined tea lounge rather than catering to customer preference, and most importantly, providing transparent billing.
With these enhancements, Enchanted Tea Lounge could truly become the serene, elegant experience it aspires to be.
Great food and fantastic service! My 6 year old and I had the best time!
The experience was more than worth it🩵 Me & my friends more than enjoy our Tea party hosted by me, would definitely recommend and come again. Thanks for the amazing experience until next time.
