Placed my order online at 11:09. Arrived for pick up at 11:30, the server told me it’ll be done in 10 minutes. 15 mins go by and she tells me 10 mins again. 12:15 come I ask to cancel my order everybody is then confused and the food appear. I waited a whole hour for a dry, unseasoned burger with two top buns.

Ridiculous I ordered my food at 10:15 tonight and still sitting here waiting ... The guy said 6 min it should be out 10 min ago and he had the nerves to say they doing dash orders first after I've sat inside and ordered drinks and food and it's 11:25 storming the worst experience ever and I'm waiting on a refund still no food after an hour and 20min & no refund!!! Ohh he just said my order got lost ARE U SERIOUS A PAID ORDER LOST AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR .............WOW its 11:31 pm still no resolution

If I could give zero stars I would, placed a togo order in person on a Tuesday literally no one sitting or eating still haven’t received my food from from over 1 hour ago and on on top of that they didn’t even want to tell me the food I ordered they didn’t even have!!! This may a place for dine in and not take out I ordered the Buffalo Parmesan wings and baby I'm disappointed first off they are Buffalo wings with cheese sprinkled on top not what I was expecting AT ALL then they have a surge charge of 18% of your bill automatically included that's not a gratuity so what is that for especially if I'm doing take out the fries where not good they either cooked them in old dresses or they weren't done I'm highly disappointed I may try again as a dine in customer cause the atmosphere seems cool but I'm not sure about the food for now

I can’t lie this food is delicious but the wait time is terrible. If you’re hungry and want something quick 30mins or less this is not the place. After waiting an hour for my food once I arrived home I noticed my order was incorrect and none of the numbers listed were in service. For an added 18% gratuity the least they could’ve done was made sure my food was correct. The staff was cool and it was a nice little vibe. Will I go back…Yes, I just know what to expect.
