Anahi was our server and she was excellent! We loved how she made us feel at home ! The food was very good they Accommodate as well . We hade the pink Cadillac was very good ! We can’t wait to come back while we enjoy our trip here !

We ate breakfast here the last day. Regular menu wasn't particularly appealing so we did the buffet. The buffet had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, made to order waffles, cereals, yogurt, fruit, and bread products. Service was fantastic.

Sadly this has been one of our worst restaurant experiences on our 6 week tour around US and Canada. The Guesthouse by Graceland is a stunning hotel and this restaurant is inside the hotel. We went for late lunch, early dinner and were the only patrons in there apart from about 8 - 10 girls all sitting at the bar with Priscilla hairdos. Clearly these girls were the priority for our server. It took 20 + minutes before we even got a drink, the service was so poor that the host came over to check a couple times if we had even seen our server or ordered a drink. Even when we did see our server she had a dismissive don't care attitude. We ordered bottles of beer and I asked for dressed glasses with the bottle. The beers came in dressed glasses and I absolutely know the beer in the glass was not the brand we ordered. With a lack of trust and faith in our server we did not complain and just drank our beer. The burgers were tasty so no complaints about the food. We waited quite some time for our server who seemed to have disappeared, in the end the host handled our check/payment. If you want good service skip this place. We would have even accepted mediocre service but this place service was abysmal.

We are staying here at the guest house so we decided to have breakfast at deltas. We had a wonderful breakfast and experience yesterday. Our waitress was Erika and she took care of us. She made our experience very delightful. We enjoyed it so much yesterday that we decided to come back this morning for breakfast again. We asked for Erik, but she was not there today. We did not receive the satisfactory service that we received yesterday. Our waiter was very slow. And not observant. He never came to check on us or anything. I had to get his attention when we needed something. I waited several minutes and he didn’t even bring our bill. I finally had to wave him down and ask for it. He didn’t even say thanks when I gave him his undeserved tip. Not a good experience this time at all.

My food was actually not very good. The band that played at the soundstage came here to have after show guests. Only to find out that the bar closed at eleven.. And that the lobby bar had five hundred people in it, trying to get a drink. We had good service one beer and we got kicked out. Probably should figure out how to extend the hours for this location. Especially on the weekends.
Don't ever go to EP's Bar and Grill. The food was absolutely horrid. The salmon sandwich was a tasteless, wet, drippy slop, as was the tacos that we didn't order. We had a late flight, so we came into the restaurant at 10:35 pm. Instead of nicely sharing that they were closing at 11:00 pm and that we would need to take our food to go, we were told to hurry up and order. Or, the kitchen staff would get mad. And, because we came in late, we were told that we had to take the food elsewhere to eat. The waiter was actually saying hurry up and tapping his pen impatiently, as we were trying to quickly look at the menu. Oh, and yes, we were stuck with nasty tasting tacos that we didn't order. Since our food was put in a bag, the door was opened and literally closed/locked behind us, we had no opportunity to share that the order was incorrect! Elvis would have rolled over in his grave and would have been ashamed of this restaurant carrying his name.

Straight away: The two stars is for the food. The atmosphere and service were great. I actually rated the food 1 star. I ordered the BBQ flatbread which was recommended to me. Stay away! It was horrible. It was DROWNING in off the shelf BBQ sauce. Every bite was like eating a spoonful of BBQ sauce straight from the bottle. It was a disgusting meal. Beer was good though.

The hostess with the leastess. The restaurant is half empty and she wanted to seat us by the doorway. When I politely asked if we could sit at another table we were met with attitude and sucking of teeth. Needless to say we didn't stay we left. Good manners cost nothing.
