Had a great time at EPs!, our server George was AMAZING and sooooo nice! The food was mouthwateringly delicious (a little pricey but that’s ok!) definitely recommend the papas locas (crazy taters) appetizer 10/10! Will be back soon!

We were told wait would be about 30 min, was closer to 45+. Asked for a Chardonnay. Was given something else. When I asked them to fix it, he said, we don’t have Chardonnay so we just gave you something else. They should have told me and asked what I’d like instead. Manager came by and asked how things were. I asked for more water. Never got any. Asked my server after about 15 min, took awhile longer to get some. My friend's order didn’t come. The server didn’t notice after I mentioned it. He said they were working on it, but then asked what she had. Came back to say they were out of catfish and could he bring her a BLT. She said no. Asked for a quesadilla, he seemed put out. After all that catfish appeared. The rest of us were done eating. Nothing was taken off the bill and no mention of them screwing up. I asked for the mngr. Monica’s customer service was horrible. Said she could only give 10% off. I said, not acceptable. Then she blamed the server. None of this was his fault and how unprofessional. She didn’t make it right and left a VERY bad experience for our first night at the hotel.

Waiter immediately spilled my wife’s drink all over her coach purse, then told me the Elvis sauce was mustard based. Its not. Its gussied up mayo. Then my son and I each ordered chicken tenders- his from the children menu, mine from the adult menu. They are the same, except mine costs double the amount.

Do not sign your check until you receive your togo food. The bartender apparently did not think I tipped enough and decided to take a break the minute my food showed up to the bar. She looked at the food acknowledged it from the kitchen and walked away to return 7 minutes later with food in her mouth. I wish to remove all tip since this service is completely unacceptable. I stay at this hotel for work and do not choose to come here personally. Its a shame too the food was good.

The Buffalo wings were horrible, they had a weird taste like oregano and lime. Very soggy and served with jicama and carrots. JICAMA? Didn't bother with a photo had a few bites ,do not order.

While staying at The Guest House, we ate at EP’s grill one night and really enjoyed the Salmon BLT & grilled chicken sandwiches we ordered. Both were cooked well and very tasty!

EP's was the easiest place for dinner for us when we arrived at around 6pm on a Thursday. We didn't feel like going back out since it was so cold so we stopped in and waited about 10 minutes for a table. Their menu is basic standard American bar fare - like flatbreads, burgers, some sandwiches, salads, dips and chips, etc. We went with the Rotel cheese dip bc hubs had never had it. It was really really good. Nothing special, but great. They bring you a TON of chips and they're warm and toasty. I ordered the Cobb salad and added Salmon. I shouldn't have. First of all, it's an excellent size on its own and comes with a generous portion of bacon. Second, the Salmon wasn't fresh at all - which I should've known since we're in Memphis. It tasted metallic and was gross. Large portion for $12 but made the salad $28 and it was not worth that. Without the salmon, the salad was amazing with a delicious cucumber ranch and fresh veggies. My husband loves pizza and flatbread so he ordered the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and he hated it. It was smothered in sauces and had a nice amount of blue cheese on it but was also the dark meat chicken which he doesn't like, and the bread wasn't cooked all the way although it took over 40 minutes to get the food. Service was an absolute 11. Our server - Leticia I think... was a sweetheart. A real gem. She took good care of us, was funny and sweet, and happy to discuss the menu with us. To finish we had the Banana Chocolate Cake and it is LEGIT. If you get nothing else, try it. Very little banana flavor, it's a fresh, moist chocolate cake with chocolate chips in it and the icing is lightly flavored like banana. NOMS! Solid 3.5 but don't order fish! Ha.
