This is the third he's that I've been too and I can tell you by experience this is by far the best service that we've had. Couple places we have sat not been served not served at drinks took a very long time to even look at us but this place has been fantastic they greeted us they were kind and courteous and polite and attentive to us the entire time. Food was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place

Not a good place. I am new to Memphis I called this establishment this morning to order for pick up. The gentleman that answered said they don't take call in orders until after 2 pm. I stated I would come down to get it. Telephone conversation ended. I dove down to the establishment to order I was then advised they don't do to go orders until after 2 pm. Is this not something that could have been stated on the telephone? And why no to go orders until after 2pm? I will go the 3 blocks to Perkins now and will never visit Eagles Cafe again and will never recommend it.

if i could give them negative 100 stars i would. they are rude and they don't know how to give service of any kind. they threw the menus onto our table. and had only 3 other tables that had already ordered. and we were the only ones that hadn't and they refused to take our order. after asking to take our order. they began yelling at us and calling us selfish and rude. because we wanted to eat there, i would definetly suggest going somewhere else for food. because theirs frankly isn't that great
The food AND customer service is great! It's much better now than it has been years ago which made me not come here. Now it's great and I definitely recommend this place to eat!

Food is delicious and customer service is excellent. The place is nicely kept. Safe environment. I got me a new place to go eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food cooked fresh to order. Great cook and waitress.
