I am highly disappointed in the extremely poor service we received tonight. I made a reservation at Esco for 5:30 PM. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated promptly. The ambiance was inviting, with music playing and a nice setup that included a bar area, multiple booths for groups, and plenty of tables for two. We were excited to enjoy the evening! Shortly after being seated, a server (or so we assumed) brought us water and took our drink orders. We started browsing the menu, which had plenty of great options, and we were eager to try them. About 15 minutes later, another server approached us, attempting to take our drink orders. We informed her that someone had already taken them, but she appeared confused and walked off mid-conversation as we tried to explain. A little while later, a manager came to our table to ask if anyone had helped us. We told her our drink order had already been taken. By this time, 25–30 minutes had passed, and we noticed multiple servers bringing food and drinks to other tables, yet we still hadn’t received our drinks or placed a food order. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the staff seemed sufficient, so we were confused by the delay. We flagged down a server to inquire about our order. He was kind and helpful, offering to check for us. He returned, saying our server mentioned the drinks were on their way. Unfortunately, another 10 minutes passed with no drinks or food order taken. At this point, it had been 40 minutes, and all we had were glasses of water. No drinks, no food, no service. Frustrated and disappointed, we decided to leave. We consider ourselves very understanding diners, but waiting 40 minutes without basic service is simply unacceptable. The menu looked fantastic, and the vibes were great, but the service tonight completely ruined the experience.

First time trying Esco's. Sunday brunch before a show. Brunch places are normally quiet and subdued. The music was a little too loud making it slightly difficult to hear others. Gave a nightclub vibe. Not bad, just not my usual scene. BUT...the food was fantastic! We ordered the calamari...delicious and perfectly cooked. My friend ordered the wings and fries. Great flavor on the fries and the wings were cooked to perfection. I ordered the salmon croquettes with breakfast potatoes and overrmedium eggs. Fantastic!!! The croquettes actually had real salmon in them (novel idea) and were crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The potatoes were excellent. The eggs were exactly how I liked them...runny yolk and well done white. SO GOOD! Lastly, our server JT was polite and attentive throughout our meal and the drinks (mimosas) he prepared for us were lovely!!!

A restaurant with excellent food, but you have to take into account that it is not suitable for everyone because the music is very loud, for me the atmosphere was excellent, the service was problematic even though the waitress was very nice, first of all they serve their excellent food with plastic cutlery, I don't understand How does a restaurant of this level do that and in addition the food took a long, long time until it arrived, after I asked the waitress to cancel my main dish because it had been so long since I ordered, she confirmed the cancellation and then came with the dish and asked if I still wanted it and I agreed, the dish She was excellent and the nice waitress told me that she asked her manager for a discount because of the long waiting time and I really got a discount, very nice. I have to say that their fries are really, really great, one of the best I've eaten.

KEY was our waitress. Her personality is phenomenal she went over and beyond to ensure the order was correct. The atmosphere is grown and sexy. TAhe bartenders are amazing drinks hit EVERYTIME and did I mention the music didn't miss. I WILL BE BACK!!!
