I had a reservation and still had to ask for a waiter, service was not great even after I got a waiter she was not coming back checking did we need anything still tipped but overall I would not go back

So loud you couldn't talk to anyone at your own table. Completely ridiculous 🙄. More of a nightclub than restaurant.

Brooklyn at the bar was great!! Great customer service and energy!! The food and services are amazing!! Love, love, love this restaurant!

1st time going and everything was great. I had lambchops, maccroni cheese and broccoli. Now I got to go back for brunch and the chicken wings..

First walked in and employees were vaping in the dining room. Everything was dirty. Dirty floors, dirty cups, dirty walls, dirty menus and toilet paper all over bathroom floors. We didn't get any ice with drinks. We were given our food then had to flag down a server for our check. We never saw a server once food was brought out. The music was so loud I couldn't even talk to the friend across from me. Food was okay but I wouldn't go back.

Worse service I have ever had. Gave this restaurant 3 tries and all were horrible. 😡Waisted 2 hours in there not to be satisfied. First off it took the waiter 15 minutes to come to our table, secondly it took 20 minutes to bring water and the cups was extremely dirty, thirdly it took an hour to get our food , which was cold. When asked for a manager, he come out and I proceeded to explain to him the service and how cold our food was, he was not pleasant. Meaning he didn’t explain or made me feel like he cared. He just grabbed the trays and walked off. 😡. People always say support black businesses.. No black businesses should hire better staff and correct any issue with grace. I WILL NEVER WALK FEET IN THERE AGAIN😡😡😡😡😡

My first time visiting this restaurant. Great atmosphere and music. Food was fresh and hot. Courtney gave us Excellent customer service. We'll be visiting again very soon

Walked in and the music was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves think. We left.

Excellent find in downtown Memphis.
We had 6 different dishes and all were excellent.
Cocktails were really tasty.

Our first waiter was horrible! He didn't greet us, never bought us waters or cleaned the tables and I believe he was high. He had on Micheal Jackson style pants and loafers and a dreaded bun and was young. However, Sherrell took great care of us and so did the manager! They really saved my birthday dinner!

We had a great m experience our server china did a amazing job 10 out of 10 service and food

The restaurant is the place to go to have great service and eat delicious meals. Courtney the waiter absolutely the best. Love how every employee is dressed to empress. You want to dress up and have a great conversation with your love or best friend this is the place to go. Will be back!!!!
