well it’s official i will never eat here again i said i was gonna try them 1 more time and just like i said trash i had to toss over 65% of my pizza because it was burnt and burnt good Coletta’s never ever burnt my food and gave it to me the only reason i didn’t return it because it was door dashed and i was at work the worst part was they sent it out horrible thanks again

Our group from Oklahoma eats here everyday mon-thur, and they have great food and Ce-Ce’s loving service is a blessing!!

I agree with the past reviews . This restaurant came highly recommended. I was highly disappointed. When you walk in there is no food smell at all. The pizza was terrible no seasoning I had ground beef and pepperoni and there was no taste at all. Ground beef tasted wet with no seasoning. Pepperoni had no taste as well. For the prices that they charge. Food could be much better. This was my first and last time eating there or at any of their other locations. 🤦‍♀️😒🤦‍♀️😒😒😒.

the staff and manager has nasty attitudes. I don't care how good your food is, I think it's important to be nice to your customers that are purchasing your food. Cece and Cj If you don't like your job get a new one or if you're having a bad day don't take it out on the customer.

I only eat their salads so idk about the rest of the food menu. Food was ready when I went to pick it up and it was exactly as I ordered it. No complaints

Gave me a salad that tasted like it’s been in the Fridge for 2 days. I asked for no olives and I can taste them where they took them off the salad🤢

Purchased me and my husband a cheeseburger combo, and it was terrible. No seasoning whatsoever. My husband's burger had too much mustard, and mine barely had condiments on it. I only asked for no onions, and everything should have been as they normally make it.

On Tues October 22nd we called in an order to the Kirby location. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the kitchen staff was all very busy (naturally) and the lady behind the counter had her back to me, and was playing on her phone. Patience is a virtue, so I silently waited… and waited… and waited. After 7 ½ minutes of waiting I called out, and tried to signal the kitchen staff to please help me…it was finally at that time the lady turned around, and said “How can I help you?”… I explained that I had been waiting at the counter for over seven minutes and no one even made eye contact with me. I further told her that it felt disrespectful to me. – It would have been easy to disarm the situation by apologizing, and ringing up my call in order. INSTEAD – she laughingly said “that’s not true” and chose to walk away. The lady from the kitchen came out and rang up my order and sent me on my way. The pizza was great… the service atrocious. The fact that the lady insinuated that I was lying, was very disappointing. Is this what customer service has evolved to…? How insulting... and to a servant of GOD.

Ordered online. I added anchovies. They do not have anchovies," haven't in a year". Why was I charged 4$ for anchovies then? When you clearly have to put the order in the computer?

Will not be ordering anything from this location anymore purchased a chicken fried salad to get home and the lettuce taste old rubbery and soft no crisp to it at all spoke with manager at 8:10 pm to be told the salad was made fresh I interrupted him and said sir this salad has been sitting up and is flavorless disgusting I just ate the meat off of it and discarded the rest he only offered a discount for my next salad which I will not be ordering again smh disappointed customer indeed

Salad was not good. No salad should be served with melted cheese in it as if I asked for a pizza instead of a salad. Also, I actually need lettuce to make it a salad and not all meat and cheese toppings. Appalling?
