It was AMAZING from the food to CUSTOMER SERVICE…We order 2 loaded spuds and .75 cents wings and you get so much food for the price you pay.

Called and ordered my food , a hour and 45 minute wait time ( including when I got there ). Young lady at the front was very polite and professional. I ordered the shrimp and steak potato. The meat was very flavorful but the potato itself tasted like it was microwaved and then baked. The young lady at the front took her time explaining, telling me what all comes on a said food item and was more helpful then the adult lady that was working with her who sat there the entire time on her phone with AirPods and minimally communicating with the young lady on orders . Finally another woman came out who had very short hair and hoop earrings helped her with the orders. Overall score : 6/10
Okay I’m not going to lie , the food here is bomb , full of flavor, family owned and black owned. But the problem is the business is not in order and all over the place. I called in a order , the young lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and took time out of her day to explain everything to me from different price ranges to different flavor , once I got there , it had been a hour and my food wasn’t ready but it was no big deal because I had no where to go. But I ended waiting another 45 minutes for my food which was lukewarm despite being grabbed straight from the window and severed to me . The business needs to shut down and take some time to rethink their business strategies , and I say this because of what I saw when I got there. The young lady in a pink shirt with curly hair was clearly overwhelmed because not only was she by herself, there was a wall full of tickets and a crowd of rude customers who were ready to put in refunds . She worked the entire front by herself answering phones , packing orders , checking people out but you could see it in her face that she was overwhelmed. When a second woman came out , she didn’t acknowledge me but the young lady did and even asked me “ what’s your order number so I can as the kitchen to rush it ?”. Honestly they need to give her a break because she is obviously young and handling a lot of pressure. She was far more professional and had more concern then her adult co worker who was a skinny lady who was on her phone with AirPods in at the food service window. She is a wonderful worker , she’s kind and patient and I can tell that she will inherit the business and possibly outdo the current owners. When I did received the food , she was apologetic and showed that she cared about her family’a business. Please do better with the employees and get her some better ones to work with.

Cashier almost gave me the wrong money back refund an waited for 51mins an then after that say sorry we don't have nothing but one spud an that was my first time an it was other new people that was waiting an was finna refund an that was bad service never again

Come to pick it up and I was told that it wasn't even entered. This is the 3rd time I've had a hiccup with this place. Though they were apologetic, theres no telling how much business the owner is losing with the current system. Again, the food is great. But it's hard to support us when us can't do us right

I never leave reviews! But this place is Overhyped! Took 1hr to get my food after I was told 25 mins! Rice was super hard! Grilled fish was undercooked! Fried okra was real greasy and hard! $50 dollars wasted! We couldn’t eat it! I would love for the owner to contact me!
