we hit on an off night, I overheard 3 diff parties aside from us with messed up orders - it all eventually worked out but added much time and kitchen waste- the team wasnt on it

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The customer service was good and I would come back again. A party of five, I ordered the chicken pesto sandwich which is decent.

New owners have ruined this place. Went by last Friday for lunch. The burger patties were very flat and burned. The fries were packaged and lacked flavor. The onion rings had very little onion in the center. Also, they were packaged. The gluten free bun was served right out of the package. It wasn’t heated or toasted. The food was warm, not hot. The top cracked like it was stale. We paid $40 for two bad lunches. It shouldn’t be called Farm Burger anymore. It isn’t the same quality.

The food was absolutely delicious and bonus with grass fed beef. The setting in the Crosstown Concourse is brilliantly stunning. Loved everything about this place.

Grass Fed dried out burgers is more like it. I ordered it medium and it came back way over cooked and dry as shoe leather with hardly and condiments, no pickles, no lettuce. We waited over a half hour for crummy food.
