Due to not having reservations, we had to order from the bar menu. Had dinner at the bar.. The food was great. Our bartender and server Carlos was great.

Noticed a decline in both service and food. My favorite hostess was gone and was not feeling welcome. She made the experience with genuine effort and kindness.

Four of us went out for dinner this past weekend to celebrate mine and my wife's birthdays, it was a complete disaster.
Arrived 15 minutes before our reservation time (8:30 pm), ordered some drinks to allow the staff to accommodate us, 20 minutes past reservation time we had not been seated. Finally we were given a table after we complained, and proceeded to order some appetizers which were fine.
After learning that more than half the plates advertised in their menu were not available we ordered our entrees. While waiting on our main courses, people seated around us began to complain about how long it took for their food to be brought to the table, some patrons were very upset.
Then it was our turn to become upset, our food took more than 1.5 hours to be served! Poor waiter kept apologizing, talking to his manager, going back to the kitchen...finally, the food made it to our table at 10:25 PM, well...sort of. The risotto in the Sunday Sugo ordered by one of us, was just plain rice, terrible.
Other than our server, no one from management came either to our table or to other tables to apologize, that's unacceptable for a wanna be Michelin restaurant.
The cherry on top? We went to retrieve our vehicle from the valet...the guy was GONE!!!!

We had a private room and tasting menu, which if you’ve had any experience with Felicia Suzanne’s you would know was a delight. Inga, Carlos, and others made it one of the best experiences I’ve had. Great food. Great atmosphere. Can’t beat it.
The food was ok not great the service was better but what killed the whole vibe was we couldn't get 4 separate checks and they made us split it in 4 equal ways which was not right because I didn't drink any alcohol but they made me pay for it because the other 3 ordered drinks the food is way over priced

What a great restaurant! I went with a few people and we split the deviled eggs and cornbread as appetizers. Our mains were the redfish dish (Gulf fish), shrimp and grits, and Sunday Sugo. The food was outstanding. Our server was helpful, prompt, and answered all of our questions. Thank you for a great night! We will definitely be back.

OG Memphis Chef in a new location.
The food was awesome. The staff is operating at a level most of Memphis doesn't understand.
They have organized the space to make a couple or a banqueting group comfortable, invited, and fed. And, if cocktails are what you are after, the bar is open.

My boyfriend and I were SO excited to come here because they were just listed as a Michelin 2025 American South Recommended Restaurant, but the service we received makes me surprised that they were even in the running for such an honor. My boyfriend and I set a reservation for 8:00pm on a Thursday and we got there around 7:50. They led us to a little waiting table where they took our drink orders which we received shortly,. But then 7:50 turned into 8:00.... then 8:10.... and by 8:20 I went to the hostess stand to ask about what was going on and why we were still at the little waiting table 20 minutes past our reservation time. It is important to note that I went to the hostess stand, they did not come to me. The explanation was that there wasn't a table available. I was offered the teeny table we were currently seated at, which is A solution, but I didn't make a reservation to be struggling for space the entire night.... It wasn’t until I came back from the hostess stand that the server who brought us our drinks said that they would cover the cost for those, which we did appreciate (but, again, I had to be the one to address the issue first.) I went back up at 8:30 and, still, no table. We made the decision by then to just go ahead and leave, because if we're spending $200+ on a dinner, we want to at least be seated at an actual table. Needless to say, we left quite disappointed. Running behind is one thing, and I understand that people staying past their welcome at their tables isn’t ideal for servers, but the lack of communication is truly upsetting for a restaurant that was just awarded a spot on a Michelin-grade list. Not only that, but for a restaurant with such strict rules about cancellations ($50 fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation) WHERE is the accountability? I have worked in customer service for years and I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I knew that someone left my place of work feeling so disappointed and distraught. But still, even after my boyfriend coming to management asking why this happened all that we got was a “Sorry.” followed by a “We hope that you’ll come back and try to dine with us again.” I shouldn’t have to TRY and dine at a restaurant that takes my reservation😅 Hoping that this reaches the right audience and that this issue doesn't happen to any other customers!!

Everything was great. The food was recognizable but presented in a new an exciting way. The fried green tomatoes were perfect. This is my first time going here as I'm new to Memphis but I would like to shout out Chris our server who was amazing. He probably could of used some support from BOH staff but he rolled with it. I'll definitely be back
