Firehouse Subs in Memphis

“I have never posted a bad review and don't post many at all. I wanted to post this to help customers and firehouse out a bit. I know firehouse subs support good things. I ordered through Uber, timing and service was great. The problem is the bottom of the subs were completely mush. I think because the ingredients are so fresh, when they cut it, everything got wet. I did get two for the price of one deal so I can't complain much. The second was fory lunch at work next day. It was mush also. I ended up throwing it out. They also forgot my brownie I paid for. I think firehouse needs to drain the veggies a bit more so this doesn't happen. Otherwise, it was the first and only time I had a bad experience.“

“I love the sandwiches and the preparation. Just today, there were at least 5 people behind the counter, and no one acknowledged my wait, and I had to ask for my pick-up order. It was a one-time thing, so no anger.

“Firehouse @ Eastgate never disappoints. I have had many subs there over since they opened. Always delicious and made as requested. They also put the meat and veggies on their sandwiches without slacking on the amount how some places lack. I tried the cajun chicken this time. Ordered the large thinking I would eat half and save half but it was almost impossible to stop eating it was so good.“
