Ridiculously slow, standing around twiddling their thumbs. Passive aggressive tones like it’s my fault you work here.
I love the sandwiches and the preparation. Just today, there were at least 5 people behind the counter, and no one acknowledged my wait, and I had to ask for my pick-up order. It was a one-time thing, so no anger.
