I posted a picture of the threat the manager "allegedly "made about poisoning cats. that's unacceptable.

I want to know why the manager is threatening to poison stray cats rather than calling a shelter?

Ordered a last min catering order over 30 box lunches and the team at the Bartlett location and the Park Ave. locations were top notch on service and delivery of the order. The food was so fresh, we will use them again! The food was delivered from the Park Ave. location in Memphis, TN The evening manager and the store manager were so professional!

My favorite place to eat. The best sandwich by far anywhere in the area. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. Always just fresh ingredients delicious and consistent. Perfect service from super nice people. I could eat there EVERYDAY and be happy. FIREHOUSE.. MY HERO! Oops UPDATE on last order. Stuff happens I guess. They forgot the double meat that I paid $4 for, and they forgot tge large order if fries w/ fry sauce, but I called and the SUPER NICE manager said he would take care of the fries on my Debit card in a few days. I didn't realize that they forgot the double meat until I got off the phone. I think they gave me my rewards points back so that's cool. Maybe tonight was just a fluke. Because we always get great service at Firehouse on Appling. I appreciate kind service and they are good people who fix something if it gets messed up. Thank You!

I got off work after a long shift. Was in a pleasant mood..BUT I was tired. I went in ..and placed my order. The staff was kind. Went to make my drink and im assuming my name was called(I didn't hear it) so I came back to the table closest to the cashier to patiently wait. ( thinking my food wasn't ready) . The cashier was having a friendly conversation with her co-worker . She had turned her back and wasn't doing anything. I assumed they were waiting on my order. I didn't mind. I was happy they seemed chill and I'm jolly myself even though I was tired and hungry. I waited 15 mins until I noticed the last customer had their food . I approached the counter asking about my food... she then walks to the food and says " oh this is yours" . My food had just been sitting there...and she had not noticed the ONLY PERSON IN THE BUILDING STANDING waiting !! I was in My blue work scrubs and head wrap... standing in her direct view. I was very noticeable since only 4 or 5 people had come in , One had left . The others had sit-in orders. I KNEW my sub would be be soggy because it Sat 15 mins then I had to drive home as well. Sure enough it was. I took a few bites.. picked off a lot of the bottom bread and then just threw it away. 😔😮‍💨😮‍💨
