Austin has great customer service. Had an online order that was messed up again and so used to having to argue to get my order right, Austin met my anger with empathy and understanding. Definitely need more workers like him.

Had a meatball sandwich. The bread had no texture and the meatballs had very little flavor. The whole sandwich had so little flavor that I was thinking that maybe I had COVID and lost my sense of taste. Someone from that company needs to go to PA, find a Wawa and taste a meatball sandwich done right.

Iām giving this firehouse 3.5 stars I got my food yesterday around 740 there was three workers there the cashier she was blonde she didnāt acknowledge. She felt very moody not good customer service there was only one dude that told me have a good day. Welcome in and everything like that and he did my food. heās the only one that, I had good customer service that young lady the cashier needs to be trained more in my opinion

Got my food delivered. order was missing sandwhiches called they said it didn't pop up for them. How is that possible if it's printed on the receipt you put on the bag. Obviously no one did a quality check. Such a inconvenience.
