As people say if I could leave zero stars I would. I decided to cancel my order mid conversation first off I was rushed prior to placing my order then when I said I wanted to cancel the lady just hung up the phone in my face. Horrible customer service don’t need to be working there period find another job if you can’t multi task.

This was my first time visiting this location since the Pandemic. It used to be a cool place to enjoy Good Fish and listen to Good Music. Now you place your order at a walk-up window; looks very dark on the inside. The food taste has changed.? The catfish fillets tasted and looked like Swai. I specified "Catfish Fillets" when I ordered

The girl at the window had these best customer service in the world!!! She was polite, professional and had a sense of urgency. I got the small bone buffalo special and the catfish special. My fish seemed fresh but it didn't have a drop of seasoning on it...no salt, no, pepper,no garlic powder...nothing. I hated that because I LOVE buffalo fish but I love my food seasoned. I had to go doctor it up when I got home and I just wanted to sit down and enjoy a day without cooking. I didn't care for the slaw because it wasn't sweet.

My mother wanted some fish and she sent me here. I decided to grab a few things for myself, catfish nuggets, okra and fried pickles. And ohh my goodness, this place did not disappoint. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by a friendly lady who took my order. No attitude, just kind and polite service from them all. And the grand finale...the food was delicious. It was hot even the fries, fresh, and seasoned very well. I have driven by this place numerous times and I wish I’d went sooner.

I would drive past this place all the time and always wondered if it was any good. The first time I visited was a couple of months ago, and I have been coming back ever since. The fish is always on point! I have yet to try their wings, so that will be next. I was surprised to find they sell fresh fish as well, so I will definitely try them out.
