Upon dining in for dinner tonight, I overheard a male manager harshly reprimanding an employee. She repeatedly asked him to leave her alone, yet he continued. The situation made me feel afraid and embarrassed for her. While the food was great as always, the environment was very unsettling due to that interaction.

Dont pickup doordash orders here. They got the worst crew at this one on Union. Took 25 minutes to pick up a BLT and fries with no customers inside. Pathetic. Too busy talking and moving as slow as they can. It would have taken lomger if i didnt get the manager involved.

Quick shout out to the crew closing on Saturday night. I try to avoid ordering food just before any place closes but it was late Saturday night and I came in at 10 minutes before close and asked if it would be ok to get a burger to go. They were great and didn't make me feel bad about coming in late. Excellent burger and great service. Which was exactly why I love to go here instead of any of the drive-through places in Midtown.
