Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

We have dined at Flemings Las Vegas numerous times over the past years (15+ ago) so we were excited to celebrate our 33rd wedding anniversary at Flemings Memphis. We were greeted by the host staff and shown to our table, including a small place card celebrating our anniversary. Our server, Kimberly, was phenomenal!! Atmosphere was lovely as expected. We ordered a bottle of wine, 6 oysters on the half shell, wedge salad, lobster bisque, scallops, king crab and two sharable sides. Everything was great except.....the scallops were quite small. I mean, no more a single bite each, and a not a big bite or mouthful. But maybe a silver dollar size each. They literally got lost in the dish/bowl amongst the mushrooms, and greens. The small size affected the cook as they were slightly over done (I have eaten plenty of scallops so I understand what the appropriate texture is). My wife throughly enjoyed her king crab but I was disappointed in my scallops, making my experience far less then expected and as experienced from Flemings Las Vegas. I do understand that there may have been a "supplier issue", having worked in the food industry for years, but serving a substandard (IMO) dish is far worse then telling a customer that a dish isn't available due to "ingredient quality issues". I did mention the portion concerns to the restaurant management to which they apologized but the truth is, the "damage" was done. All in all, the experience was OK, highlighted by the awesome wait staff, including others that assisted Kimberly!! We will probably visit Flemings Memphis again the future, but I doubt I will order the scallops (a favorite of mine) again.

Celebrating our anniversary with a dry aged prime ribeye. The entire staff was gracious and welcoming. The food was all perfect. Lobster mac and cheese was fantastic.

Yet another great experience. If you go here frequently, they know you by name & treat you as family. It's the perfect combination of upscale ambience with a welcoming & relaxing atmosphere. The servers, bartenders & managers are all very attentive & service is top notch. I just simply adore a great steak & they have so many varieties to choose from. I have enjoyed them all thus far! I am a huge fan of the creamed spinach & the onion rings~ both always delicious too. When in the mood for a treat, we like to indulge in their decadent desserts & wines. Whether it's a business dinner, family gathering or celebration among friends, I highly recommend this Fleming's location.

Highly suggest going here! The food and service were so good. I went here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. The food came out quickly and the servers were on top of things. I will definitely go again.

Food ok. The chef was yelling so loud we thought it was a fight.

To be frank, I was a bit disappointed… The atmosphere was very nice, but the service was just OK. It took quite some time to get a second order of bread. The crabcake appetizer was delicious, however, when we asked for pepper it took the waitress quite some time and we had to ask a second time. I ordered the classic ribeye and my wife ordered the 11 oz filet mignon. I know this is a high-end steakhouse, but I actually had a much better ribeye at the Marshall Steakhouse in Mississippi just two days prior.
My wife showed a picture on her phone of how she wanted her filet cooked. The waitress said that would be medium-well. However, it was clearly not cooked correctly and came out more of a medium-rare, it had to go back. I expected it to come out correctly the first time since we showed a picture of what we wanted.
During the reservation, we mentioned it was our anniversary. It seems to be normal practice at many restaurants to get a complementary dessert or glass of wine for special occasions. Nothing complementary was offered at this Flemings.

Service and food was so good I forgot to take pics. I did manage to get a pic of my Olive Oil cake that I got to go. Sad to say it didn't make it home. I went to taste it, and before I knew it, it was gone. Everything was delicious.

Drinks were watered down to me. But the server Judy was the Best ❤️ She made our night really great. The food was ok although some of the orders were messed up they didn’t send it back.

The steaks were good however the filet mignon was over cooked. I wouldn't recommend the portobello mushroom steak and cauliflower steak was subpar. The portobello was good. The rest of the plate was bland. The Brussel sprouts were burned. For the price I was very disappointed. Judy was great! She took care of the group well.

I was told up front that it was expensive, but everything is reasonably priced for the flavor and quality of service. The manager and servers were awesome and even gave our bride and groom parting gifts. This is great customer service!

This fine dining steak house is definitely worth trying! The Filet came out perfect. I added oscar as a topper. The chocolate molten lava cake is my all time favorite and Flemings didnt disappoint. The service and atmosphere were both nice and welcoming! This Steakhouse needs to be on your list!

This place was recommended to us. We went to celebrate our anniversary, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and professional. The ambiance was nice and inviting. We received an anniversary treat unexpectedly. Our experience was top tier.
