Ron the best GM ever

Food was cold. Service was slow. The manager wouldn't put on the biggest football game of the weekend on the TV for some phantom reason that couldn't be explained. Our server was cool and sincerely apologetic though.

They were out of bone in wings. ? The menu consists of burger and wings. Never run out of wings.

This place is amazing. Best staff I have ever seen, constantly checking on everyone. Management was checking on people very well. Prices are not as bad as I had thought. Very very knowledgeable bartenders, they can make some drinks.

My Steelers club has been meeting here for better than ten years. Then for no reason they give us the boot. Loyalty means nothing to this place. Hate to think of the service being given to the casual guest

service sucks, have to get own beers, haven't had a waitress call me table. also fish battered chicken fingers are terrible. frys are great.

There was roughly 10 people sitting around and not an employee in sight when we walked in. We waited for more than a few minutes before someone came out to seat us. Then waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come take our drink order. (The barcode scanner didn't pull up the beer menu.) We watched the waitress get our drinks ready and then leave them sitting on the bar for at least 5 minutes before someone else brought them to us. At this point we ordered 2 appetizers to see how long it would take. We sat for 20 minutes and finished our drinks while we waited for the appetizers that never drinks. Meanwhile, several people came in and walked out before even sitting down. We ended up Paying for our drinks and then left, letting the manager know that they were not busy enough to be so slow. Not a single customer received service while we were waiting and there were at least 4 employees on the floor not including the manager who blamed the cook while we were leaving. As someone who has worked as a server and gives A LOT of leniency for waiters and waitresses this was just ridiculous. They weren't busy or understaffed.

Great service and great burger. Also, enjoyed the unique cheese dip and chips. Definitely will go back!

There was 13-15 of us and only one server. She was amazing and did a fantastic job with all of the our chaos. Leresa, kept up and killed it. Thank you for your great service!

Staff is always nice even when they have a full house. There was fast and courteous service. The bill was fair for the quality of food. This place has many great reviews for a reason.

Definitely one of the best places in the area. The service was very helpful and observant. The place has a nice atmosphere. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.

No organization/ delegation of duties. Servers should be servers... bartender should be bartender. I can understand why they can't keep ANYTHING straight. Also, I know it's cool and hip to take orders without writing anything down. But! Once again, with the staff having to wear so many hats, that's how you forget about customers altogether. My husband and I 1st time here. We got there was seated it took awhile for our waitress to come get our drink order & even longer to bring them. We then ordered and the burgers was extremely dry they didn't come with mayo or mustard you have to ask for them. The fries were over cooked (too crunchy). I think there was only 1 waitress working so thats why it took so long to bring our stuff & it definitely showed cause she was dry and not happy. Anyway service was slow and the food was overcooked.

Great place to eat, great experience! The food was scrumptious, so much flavor and perfectly made! The drinks were great too. Even though we (family of 7) arrived less than an hour before closing time, the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome; the owner even came out to say hello. Glad we stopped in on our visit to Memphis, TN. Next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely dine at the Craft Republic on Sanderlin Ave again. Thank you!
