Fox Ridge Pizza Bar and Grill

Pizza is amazing. Kids Loved it. Not overpriced. It's a crispy, hand tossed crust that is delicious. The toppings and pizza sauce is very fresh. It kind of melts in your mouth. The smell even captures you while you're eating it! If you're from NC., it's better than Sir Pizza. If i could rate it a 10 I would. This is my new favorite Pizza place. If you dont feel like Pizza they have other things like cheese steaks, sandwiches, hamburger steak, cheeseburgers, etc. They also have a kids menu that keeps the children occupied. There is a lot of activities on their take home kids venues. They provide crayons you can keep. Must try if you're near by or wanting really good Pizza. We will be returning

My order was completely wrong, so I have them a call. I live over 20 mins away. The lady told me that I would have to bring my two pizzas back in order for them to correct it. Bringing the pizza back is fine, but I asked could the correct pizzas be made while I drive back. She told me no, not until they see the pizza. It’s one thing the order is wrong, but it’s another that gas and time is really valuable as well, so this messed up my entire schedule for my son’s football team. Their pizza isn’t cheap, so it could’ve been the least that could’ve been did, far as customer service, for their mistake. I know I could’ve checked it too, but I’m just tired working parent right now

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time on 7/22. He ordered a pizza and said it was pretty good. I ordered a plate lunch (hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, and fried green tomatoes). My meal was pretty terrible. Everything was bland except for the brown gravy, which was twangy. The fried green tomatoes were cooked well, but the breading had zero flavor. The roll that came with the meal was dry and crumbly, despite being essentially a Sister Schubert roll.

Our server was great, keeping drinks refilled and checking on us, only losing points for not acknowledging my pretty much untouched plate of food and ignoring me when I told her the food wasn't good. I didn't expect a full refund or anything, but a credit for half of my meal would have been nice.

The restaurant was clean, but hot inside, like their A/C wasn't in working order. Not a great vibe when you're serving heavy, hot food like pizza and gravy smothered comfort food.

We really enjoyed our pizzas and you could tell the quality of the toppings was far better than what you get at any of the area chains. We will definitely be back.

The Fox Ridge special pizza is the only way to go. It’s excellent. We lived in Memphis for a number of years and anytime we’re back in the city. We always stop and make sure we have one.
