The food was just nasty. Never had cheese sticks with meat sauce. Fish was fried and then butter was added on top which damn near made me loose my appetite.

This restaurant is now called Embassy Suites Memphis Italian Restaurant. Frank Grisanti sold out to them and retired. I was told the food is the same, just some of the names have changed. The spaghetti with meat sauce has always been my favorite. That’s what I ordered today. The meat sauce is not the same. It doesn’t taste as good, yet prices remain high. I even paid extra to get extra sauce with my dish. I can make better sauce myself using a jar from the grocery store. Sorry, I love the convenient location, but I will be visiting a real Grisanti family restaurant elsewhere next time.

Parking: Handicap parking is available.

Upsetting to learn that they have permanently closed as of the end of the day on this past Saturday, May 25th. I read it on social media Sunday morning, and could not find any info online that confirmed it. So I called the hotel the restaurant is located in, The Embassy Suites, and the front desk (which is directly across from the restaurant's lobby entrance) verified that Frank Grisanti's Italian Restaurant has closed its doors for good! Too bad; my wife and I had some very special times and meals there over the course of our long marriage.

It’s alright, the food was kind of mid but the ceasar salad and drinks were nice. Waitress kept forgetting about us though and we got charged for an extra drink we didn’t have. Overpriced for what you get.

DO NOT CHOOSE! We were seated in the loud hotel lobby. Asked to be moved to the back, which they did. Hardly anyone there but still took a while to be offed a drink. We had cocktails which were mediocre. Were given dry breadsticks in a bag with butter for bread? When I asked if they had fresh bread she said they did it is served with a meal….. okay…. Then got our app of fried ravioli…. Which apparently they get from the frozen section at Kroger… disappointing. At that point we had a 50$ bill and decided not to waste any more money or time.. literally walked across the parking lot to another Italian restaurant and had a lovely experience.

Good was not the greatest for price. The Italian spinach was awful. Was told it was like cream spinach. No cream at all. Didn’t taste like spinach.Salmon was dry. Bread good, must be hot!

I was going to meet a group there for lunch today. A friend had been there two weeks ago and said they had no handicap parking. I am on a walker, so I needed something accessible. The lady I spoke with said they did not have anything—no valet parking etc. She also said they would have some handicap places next week!!! Sure and I have some swamp land for her!!!! I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to go!!! I would much prefer giving my business to a place that has handicap accessible!!! I am shocked that the Embassy and a place with a Grisanti name can get by without handicap provisions!!! Surprised the feds haven’t stepped in to correct this!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a walker and there were no provisions for this!!! Sad!!!

The food was not great. The food was kind of bland and came out warm. The service and atmosphere was great. Kind of pricey. It's located in the Embassy.
