DO NOT CHOOSE! We were seated in the loud hotel lobby. Asked to be moved to the back, which they did. Hardly anyone there but still took a while to be offed a drink. We had cocktails which were mediocre. Were given dry breadsticks in a bag with butter for bread? When I asked if they had fresh bread she said they did it is served with a meal….. okay…. Then got our app of fried ravioli…. Which apparently they get from the frozen section at Kroger… disappointing. At that point we had a 50$ bill and decided not to waste any more money or time.. literally walked across the parking lot to another Italian restaurant and had a lovely experience.

Good was not the greatest for price. The Italian spinach was awful. Was told it was like cream spinach. No cream at all. Didn’t taste like spinach.Salmon was dry. Bread good, must be hot!

I was going to meet a group there for lunch today. A friend had been there two weeks ago and said they had no handicap parking. I am on a walker, so I needed something accessible. The lady I spoke with said they did not have anything—no valet parking etc. She also said they would have some handicap places next week!!! Sure and I have some swamp land for her!!!! I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to go!!! I would much prefer giving my business to a place that has handicap accessible!!! I am shocked that the Embassy and a place with a Grisanti name can get by without handicap provisions!!! Surprised the feds haven’t stepped in to correct this!!!Wheelchair accessibility: I am on a walker and there were no provisions for this!!! Sad!!!

Overpriced and poorly prepared. Have had a good experience in their other restaurants across town, but this one was just terrible. With hotel prices to boot.

A group of us, 6, had dinner there last night. Service was terrible, it took 35 minutes to get a drink. Food was less than average. Zero ambiance and the place was half full when all other nearby restaurants were booked solid, I see why. The hotel that they are located in is under construction inside and out, restrooms were closed so we had to use a restroom on a hotel room. It was dirty throughout the restaurant. Not a big deal, but our fresh pepper grinder was empty. I assume they have an owner or GM who is on site at all times paying attention to everything. If so, they need to go visit nearby competitors to see how to run a decent restaurant. It was our first and last visit

The food was not great. The food was kind of bland and came out warm. The service and atmosphere was great. Kind of pricey. It's located in the Embassy.

This a great Italian restaurant. I was there on a dinner date. The food and service were great. I would recommend this restaurant.

I live around the corner from the hotel and I've eaten at 3 of the family owned locations. The food at this one isn't the best I've had. With the burger being the best thing on the menu... I would've thought the pastas would be best considering I'm at a Italian restaurant but yet I feel as if I went to Kroger and got a jar and heated it up at home. The money I've spent up there going at least 5 times to give it a shot over and over... hasn't been what I'd personally expect out of an Italian restaurant!

Everytime I tried to eat there I threw up profusely, and the heartburn is unreal. The food is mediocre and overpriced. If I could give it zero stars I would.
