Food is pretty good service is half and half I guess it just depends whose running the line but otherwise good!

The food was excellent and filling. The portion size was huge, compared to most restaurants. I like the jalapeno fry sauce vs. regular fry sauce. The onion rings were hot. The burger was semi hot. I did not complain , since management and workers wanted to make sure everything ok.

I Now understand why Freddy's is always so busy, it's not because their food is good it's because their service is horribly slow. Waited in the Drive-Thru for almost 30 minutes before giving up and going inside. That took another 18 minutes. And the Burgers and Fries were not good at all definitely won't be going back.
Edit: it's been a while so I tried again, went to the drive-thru I was the only one in line, still took 15 to 20 minutes. The server at the window was rude barely looked at me and said nothing except for how much I owed them. I got the bacon cheeseburger, the burger was poorly cooked had no seasoning and the bacon was burned. The buns were obviously inside the warming bag for so long they were both wet from all the sweat. It was truly disgusting, I had to throw it away. And their fries also had no seasoning and were overcooked. I will definitely never be back. Change my rating down to one star only because I can't give it no stars

I don’t know if I caught these guys on a bad day or what. But I asked for a regular Dirt N’ Mud & a vanilla concrete with Oreo and NEITHER had Oreo or “dirt”. Literally Zero cookie and either. I mean $13 is already expensive for ice cream which I don’t mind paying obviously bc I was dying to have some of their ice cream tonight. But this was kinda crazy. I could have bought some ice cream and gummi works on my own if that’s what I was going to get anyway. Not to mention I was in the drive though for about 10 minutes AT the window! 😑

Food and service is good. Nothing great. Consistently good. Salty.

Better than the Poplar Ave location. Food was more presentable. Still doesn't look anything like the pictures though. Onion rings were good. The employee taking orders should just be replaced with a robot. It was like talking to a wall, no personality whatsoever. Never smiled once. Seemed to hate her life. The manager did stop by our table and check on us, that was nice, she was friendly.

Jackie went above and beyond at our visit today. I went with my 1 year old and we were offered ice cream free of charge for my girl! She was very friendly and so nice!! The food was amazing, hot and fast! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!!
