Terrible customer service.
I've eaten at several Freddy's, I always order the same thing. A triple steak burger, no bun, no seasoning, no condiments, add 4 or 5 additional patties without issue.
Leave it to this Memphis location to be the who can not make such a simple order possible. According to the lady taking my order, they can only add 1 patty. It's funny, I've eaten I know at least 7 or 8 other Freddy's and it's been delicious every time. The most recent was in Batesville Arkansas. Definitely need to hire and train more competent people.

Freddy's is always delicious. I like to eat inside here because it's usually pretty empty and quiet and you can get as much sauce and seasoning as you want.

The young lady at the register was so nice, the place was hot inside and stunk, apparently their AC is screwed up because the floor was sweaty and super slick. I ordered a chocolate shake and not even close to what I thought it was going to be for $5. No thanks

The young lady at the front counter looked at us as if we were annoying her by being there. She didn’t greet us or ask for our order. Just looked at us as if to say “what!” Tables were dirty. We asked for someone to wipe our table and she deliberately wiped several empty tables before reluctantly coming to wipe ours. Then rolled her eyes after. This was the Cordova TN location on 7/19/25 around 8pm. This young lady never smiled one time. And she spoke in a whisper. Not the best front counter person. We won’t be back.

I would give 3 stars, but I'll be generous and give 4. Generally the food is fantastic, hot, and fresh. BUT... don't order on a Sunday. I've had bad luck on Sundays. Fries missing from order, onion rings burnt, burger missing toppings, cheese missing from the chili CHEESE dog. How is it possible to get every item on my order wrong? xD

I had a great time.
Fun, fast friendly service and the workers seemed jovial. I'm not a big fan of the retro 50s atmosphere but the tasty food is what I go for anyway. 4.5 stars when I went.

I came through the drive through and they got my order wrong. I came inside and the next order they had ready for me was wrong. I had to wait even longer for them to actually make my order because it seems no one here believes in attention to detail. No apology, no sorry for the wait, no nothing. An absolutely awful experience with awful staff and mediocre food. I do not recommend spending your money here. I will not be returning.

I love custard. I ordered a regular with cookie dough. The regular is fairly sizeable, so you can imagine my disappointment when there was almost no cookie dough. The lady that took my order looked at me like I spoke a different language before making me repeat everything I had just said. Other than my order, she barely spoke and was too quiet. I am very disappointed with the service.

Nastiest fish sandwich that I've ever tasted. Fishy, awkwardly shaped, and $9 bucks Ala carte.

That was the fishiest sandwich ever. I couldn't finish it. Absolutely disgusting.

I literally paid $13 bucks for fries and a drink.

Always fresh and delicious food. Wish they'd remember the condiments and cutlery but they're busy seriously from open to close. Well worth the wait, which honestly isn't even that long.
