Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

We ordered a milkshake and a custard. First they told us they were all out of vanilla based custard or vanilla milkshakes. We said that was ok as we’ve always been pretty happy with Freddy’s. First, I was shocked to see how tiny they are for a regular. It fits right in my hand. Then, they were 10% below the cup line. I’m used to a generous amount filling the plastic. There was nobody in line and nobody in the restaurant and we still waited close to 10 minutes just for a concrete and a shake. not the experience I expected.

I don't know if it was an off day for them but the food wasn't prepared very good. I like Freddy's but think I'll be avoiding this location from now on.

I have never gotten an order here and it be correct.

I ordered at the drive up window. My Chile cheese fries had no Chile. My double jalapeño burger had no jalapeño.
Very dissapointed once I made it home.
I know from previous visits this is not the norm.

Greeted with smiles and ready to serve my family and I. Our food was FRESH AND HOT, everything was correct as ordered. My baby dropped his kids fries they replaced them with no problem.

Cashiers always nice.I purchases a chili dog at drive thru. About 5 min down road I open to eat it had onions all over it. I call store back to let them know I asked for just chili and cheese. They asked if I could bring it back. I said “no”I was hungry on my way to an appointment. Manager said to write managers name down, we will replace it. I go back make 4 weeks later. Order my usual and spoke to manager about replacing chili dog. I told her the manager gave me 2 names and said to ask for them whenever I came back. I told both names were similar I couldn’t quite remember them. She kept going on about a lot of people quit. We don’t have same people anymore. When I call me I always give cashier at least a $5 tip. The cashier are awesome. I have over 40 years in Restaurants. Area/District Supervisor. The cost of 1 Hot Dog is not that serious. When I drove off, my choice was to never visit Freddy again. I was at the window about 7 minutes talking to this manager. Who was outside backdoor smoking. When she came in she said I don’t see your name. No one ask me my name. They gave theirs. However I didn’t get there name correct. Stop assuming everyone what some free. She said lot of people don’t work here anymore, they probably gone. I don’t need any coupons or anything offered.

Manager was angry at a delivery driver because the restaurant gave the food to the wrong person. My order was also completely wrong besides the drink that I got myself and the fries.
