Ordered two chocolate brownie concretes at the drive thru. Paid concrete price. Got shakes. Walked in and asked them to correct it. Worker tells me they're out of brownies and stares. I choose something equivalent. Worker gets tired of scooping chocolate and gives me vanilla. I tell her I didn't ask for vanilla. She tries to convince me that it's still chocolate. It just has one scoop of vanilla cause her hand is tired. Manager interrupts her, asks for help w putting her nose ring in, and tells her to go on break. Worker fixes one vanilla/chocolate concrete and leaves the other one half made on the counter. Manager hands me the finished concrete and stares before asking what else I'm waiting for. I point at the half finished concrete. No apology for charging me $4 extra. No effort to fix it. I have no words. Im tired and practicing deep breathing. Food was fresh... Im reminded of why I prefer cooking everyday.

The food was fine and the presentation was a disaster and I fully understand that “fast food” has its limitations but you should never run out of lettuce and tomatoes (which they had none). You may not be able to have the best food or presentation but there is no reason for a place to be dirty, and this place was filthy. Disgusting soda fountain station with drip stains all over the top and the sides of the entire table and soda machine, no napkins in 3 of the 4 dispensers (and they stayed empty even after I notified the cashier), ketchup dispenser and fry sauce packets looked as if Freddy’s was growing cultures for a science project, dried up stains on the floor and all the way up the wall to the ceiling which appeared to be the source of the spill. The floors had straw wrappers and ketchup cups scattered throughout and in general felt like they were mopped with shortening. The floor in the bathroom was like a slip and slide, all the tables were dirty except the ones that the staff was using for their lunch break and 2 others occupied by customers. This was a very slow time at this location, not much drive thru traffic either and like 6 or 7 people working in the place. Bottom line, It appears that none of the staff cares about cleaning and I assume the manager on duty doesn’t care either which would lead any rational person to the conclusion that the back of house is just as gross and they most likely don’t care about proper food handling when preparing your meal either.

Today my family of six visited Freddy's after church. We had the best experience with Latoya. She was gracious and very helpful. She brought us our food, which was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend Freddys to anyone!

Really good I can't live without their amazing onion rings. I live right next this place and they never had a rude employee nor bad quailing food. However be aware, their custard is soooo rich! Clean, nice employees, good quality fast food. 10/10

Tried this place twice with online orders and both times one item is missing from the bag. My fault for not checking before I left the store thar each combo meal had its side.Fortunately for me this time the food was all old looking and poorly prepared with unreasonable amounts of condiments so my roommate who loves this place is finally starting to see how gross and low quality the Poplar location is because the employees don't care.If the floor inside wasn't so dirty it would be a cute little eating area but as it seemed neglected and unclean it was not an ideal atmosphere. I might try Freddy's again, but not this location. No one is making sure the food is fresh, properly made, and put in the bag.
