I was a first time patron today and I'm not much of a huge coffee drinker. I asked the barista Mya for a suggestion and she told me to try the Cafe au Lait. I ordered that and a banana nut muffin and they were both delicious. I will definitely be back.

Service remains adequate, been coming here for 4 years since i moved nearby. Reason for one star is simply, after being told i must pay $1.00 for a plastic cup (assume cost of cup is $0.05 or less) to serve myself tap water from customer facing tap, i am done. Never coming back, i can make better tea at home, stop off on the way home was nice but this level of corporate greed is too much. I bought cup of tea, you want a dollar for a cup of water. You’re crazy.

First time here for a latte because Starbucks on Poplar is still closed because the workers are still on strike. But I got a medium size latte Mocha because that was their largest size for $8+. It wasn't good at all and I asked if he could make it extra hot! It wasn't. I will not be visiting this establishment again.

Bro i love their drinks but they horrible at sandwiches they dont care i ordered a sandwich with fruit and drink came 22$ for me to find a single piece of orange!! And the sandwich not cut and its all over the place thats last time im getting food from there their friendly and nice but damn fix the food pls…and it took the like 25 min

We have been here MANY times when we are visiting Memphis and have always been so impressed. Coffee is good. Service is good. Until today. And today was so bad, unfortunately it’s change my mind on visiting going forward. Ordered a coffee through the online portal because they had a sign on the door that they were only taking cashless orders. After ordering and waiting 15-20 minutes, the gentleman behind the counter said he wasn’t trained on the bar and couldn’t make the coffees. But he said the person who could was on a bank run would be back in about 10 minutes. So we waited, again. After about 20 minutes, this other person was no where in sight. So we asked for a refund. The gentleman said he couldn’t do that either. So we’ve now been waiting for 50 minutes with no end in sight. Really unfortunate experience today.

Update: We left after waiting over an hour. Left without coffee or the refund. We understand short-staffing can happen. But they should have locked up if the one barista they had staffed needed to leave. Also, this business has “cashless” signs posted in multiple places so a bank run doesn’t really add up.
