Closed. No Madison location. Only food truck.

Fuel is closed. It's been closed since December. It was five stars while it was open, but Yelp needs to update their page!

Horrible customer service, foods not great, longer than necessary wait time. I really expected better.

I love this place! I've only been once but the food was delicious and service is friendly. Cute spot, on the small side. I got vegan Mac and cheese and a cashew cheese pizza. Both were great. Can't wait to come back- thanks, Fuel!

Vegan heaven! Hands down my favourite Memphis restaurant. Incredibly healthy and insanely deliscious! Favourites are the salad bowl, the triple mushroom pizza and the peanutbutter pecan pie. 6 stars!

The food was awesome and the portions are out of this world.. I loved the atmosphere and the service

Vegan heaven! Pizza by the slice for vegans or vegetarians has the most amazing crust: fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. There were a number of menu items that I would love to try on our next road trip through Memphis. The quality of the food was wonderful (I could taste the red, ripe tomatoes). Don't look for the double burger- it hasn't been on the menu for a while. But you will have plenty of other tempting options.

I went for the first time today for lunch after they changed their menu and was very impressed. The online menu does not mention it but the vegan cheese for their pizzas are homemade cashew cheese which is awesome! I had the Hawaiian carrot "ham" and pineapple pizza with their homemade vegan cheese and it was delicious. They have several other pizza options which can be made vegan including the beet "pepperoni" and the mushroom and greens cream based pizzas so I will definitely be back to try those. My mom and brother are not vegan. My mom had the bahn mi which is vegan and was very good (well seasoned/balanced and great bread) and she really enjoyed it. My brother had the chicken bacon wrap which was okay but he said he probably would have rather had a pizza in the end. We also had the walnut pate to start which was very good. Overall I definitely recommend the new menu/pizza and love seeing several vegan options on a menu

We stopped by Fuel for lunch and were rewarded with a tasty, well-portioned meal. We started with the walnut pate. It had a nice mushroomy flavor and the walnuts gave it a velvety, spreadable texture that went well with its oiled crostini. I got the salad and slice for my entree. I'm vegan so I got the vegan Caesar. While it was not very Caesar-y, it was an excellent salad! The greens were crisp and had fresh dill, buttery croutons, and just the right amount of creamy dressing. The daily slice came topped with slices of smoked squash and the house-made cashew cheese. It was SO good on their thick, chewy crust. My partner ordered the vegan reuben, which came with tempeh, sauerkraut, and dressing, deliciously grilled. It came with a salad as well. We didn't take home any leftovers but had more than enough food to fill us up. The prices were reasonable and we got friendly and attentive service. We'll be back the next time we're in Memphis!

This place is extremely expensive! To counter the high price of food is the outside and inside atmosphere. A great place to take a beautiful date.

My wife is Vegan we ate here at least once or twice a week. Great staff and delicious food. We love the new pizza on the menu. They also have a food truck at the farmers market, so we also get to enjoy their breakfast/lunch menu too.

Wow! I went plant-based last year and I hadn't realized how much I missed pizza with "cheese". The vegan mushroom pizza is spectacular. I will be back!!! (They also have regular cheese and meat for omnivores.)

Great food! But portions weren't too big. Service was very friendly and helpful.

Fuel Café used to be my absolute favorite restaurant and I visited every single week, sitting outside enjoying a nice avocado chicken taco with my boyfriend and dog. However I was very disappointed with the food after they recently changed the menu, getting rid of all of our favorite foods (tacos, dragon bowl, chia seed pudding). Although the food truck still serves the tacos, the sit-down restaurant now only serves pizza and small plates. A nice $10 lunch suddenly turned into a more expensive dinner place. Definitely won't be returning until the tacos have returned. #bringthetacosback

Great restaurant! You can tell quality when you taste it! Eric(owner), was also extremely friendly and had team ready to serve. I will certainly drop by again in the future!
