Ghost River Brewing Co. on Beale

Wherever I travel, I love to sample locally-brewed beers. Ghost River has locally-brewed beers. I sat at the bar and tried a Zippin Pippin IPA and it was really good. It was early in the evening, so there weren’t very many customers. This is a nice bar at one end of Beale Street.

Ghost River Brewing on Beale Street is a fantastic and lively spot that I highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great beer and a fun atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we had an incredible experience thanks to the warm and welcoming staff, especially Q/Que/Queue/Kew, who was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was eager to share her insights and tips for making the most of our visit.

Q/Que/Queue/Kew told us all about the local traditions, including the exciting Packer parties they host, which sounded like a must-see event. Her enthusiasm and friendly personality made us feel right at home, and I genuinely think we became instant friends by the time we left! Her recommendations and stories added a special touch to our overall experience, making it memorable and personalized.

As for the beer, it is nothing short of phenomenal. The variety and quality were impressive, and we found ourselves wanting to try more. Whether you’re a beer connoisseur or just looking to enjoy a good brew in a fun setting, Ghost River Brewing on Beale Street is a stop you shouldn’t miss. Great ambiance, amazing staff, and superb beer—definitely a highlight of our trip!

We went to Beale Street to check it out before the evening. Saw this brewery online and went to open it up. The bartender was great and we tried a lot of great beers. This place was so good that we ended up going back that evening.

Meh. Maybe it’s not a Friday night at 9 place… Not their fault. Time of year?

I have trouble giving this place a 5 star review due to all the obnoxious propaganda on the walls - is Green Bay even real or is it, as I believe, a make believe land of cheese products?

Anyway, despite the Packer propaganda I gave it a shot. Brandon was our guy behind the bar and he helped me overcome my obvious discomfort and enjoy the beers. I even saw him save a life - that’s not important though - what’s important is the beer is great and the Packers Suck.

Zippin Pippin IPA is very good!

Loved the live music. Really friendly bartender. Brown ale was superb.

It was awesome! That band was amazing, and the beer was tasty!

Enjoyed the meal. The burger was good and fries crispy. Overall the atmosphere was nice. Caught a few songs from the live band before they packed up. One of the guys was great, taking care of us and refilling drinks. The other guy who took our order, we didn't see much of him and he hanged out behind the bar. Guess we weren't his type of people.

Like the place but no cash option is a killer for me.

The service & beer here was top tier. Brendon was awesome! We were visiting from out of town & he gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!
