Can you please update your open and close times. I've been coming here for over 10 years and since 2020 I've come time after time to a closed store even though online and on google maps it says open. It takes a few minutes to update stop being lazy everyone's begging

Service overall was great but the lovely brunette woman who looked after us was super lovely and helped us pick the right donuts for us. We drove 30 minutes out of our way enroute to Southern Illinois and were not disappointed. We love the simple plain glazed and our friends loved the red velvet.

It was my first time here at Gibson Donuts. I must say there was a line out the door. It was a fast and friendly service on a Saturday morning. The donuts are so delicious. I will definitely be returning.
First timers get tossed a fresh warm glazed donut. The donuts are all amazing and the owner is super personable. We immediately felt welcomed and enjoyed all the flavors. I can’t wait to come back. This is not of the best apple fritters I have ever had.

We came there 4/30 after 10 pm. The service was horrible, the woman rushed us out and we didn’t get to buy all the donuts we wanted. I clearly ask her for more and she didn’t put all the ones in the bag I asked for, that they had in front of the glass. She hurried us out, and just threw our donuts in the bag disrespectfully. Even the other employees felt bad. She was yelling at the customers and was very disrespectful. I know they were busy and about to close at midnight, but when you are paying for a service you expect the employee(s) to at least be somewhat well-mannered. Not yelling at you. I’ve bought donuts here many of times and I love Gibson’s, but that experience wasn’t good. I had friends with me and my child that wanted to try them for the first time and the service ruined that for all of us.
