We were looking forhealthy options & had a grilled chicken wrap which was DELICIOUS! We sat outside which had perfect seating for myself who uses a wheelchair & my parents who do not. The staff are friendly, helpful, efficient & help to create a fun atmosphere. Great job!

We had a great time on the Graceland tour and wanted to get some ice cream afterwards. We went to Gladys Diner and waited for fifteen minutes while 12 employees just ignored us. Horrible. Never go to Gladys Diner ever again. Elvis would roll over in his grave with this type of service! This took place on March 25, 2024 @ 4:16 PM.

Visited on a very slow day. Ordered a a sandwich and fries. Others in my party received their food, paid and were eating before I even received my chicken sandwich. I was told the fries would be a while as their manager "was on her way back with them. After 5 more minutes, they suggested I pay and eat my sandwich and just come back up for the fries. Ate a cold sandwich which at least tasted okay, then went back up to check on the fries. They had switched some personnel but one employee recognized me and put my chili cheese fries together. I ended up tossing them as they were so soggy from clearly way too much chili and cheese. Unless you are touring Graceland, there are much better options in Memphis.Parking: You cannot access this restaurant without paying for vehicle parking in their lot, even if you are parked on the public road out front and wanted to walk in.

I don't know how to explain it but... this was the best burger of my life. so fresh and cooked while you waited they have gf buns and lots of toppings. I still dream about this burger.

We clearly have the feeling of annoying the service person when we ask them the slightest question. They try to dismiss us quickly without even answering the question correctly and above all without the slightest smile. Too bad to spoil this atmosphere which is so important at Graceland.Vegetarian options: The plates used for vegetarian products are the same as for meats.

Our family of 4 traveled out of state to Graceland last weekend. Graceland was fabulous but the experience at Glady's was terrible and we would not go back or recommend. The women who took our order seemed to be a lead worker in the kitchen. She had a Spanish accent with blond dyed hair pulled back with in a piney tail. When she ask us for our order at the counter, I told her I wanted an "Our Cheeseburger Rocks" because that is how it reads on the menu. She gave me a nasty look and said "what"? In a very annoyed tone. I repeated my order again. Then she said "you mean a cheese burger? " in a very annoyed response. Once everyone order their sandwich, I said I would get a side of fries as well to share. At Glady's this a called "a Basket of fries". Well, we did get the sandwiches we ordered and they were ok but our fries came in a small serving of fries in one of the 3 sandwich baskets. Funny thing is, I was charged for the "Basket of fries" . Let me tell you, I was not about to ask questions. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't let her attitude ruin my time there but I did keep thinking about it. There was no need for her rudeness and she needs to take a course in customer service.

None of us in my group of 3 were overly impressed with the food. It was not the best, but I would go again and try something different. If you want a quick bite, go here. But if you’re wanting good food in the are, go to Vernon’s.

Stopped at Gladys while spending the day at Graceland. I really enjoyed my grilled chicken wrap and the traditional peanut butter and banana sandwich but my mother couldn't even finish her burger because it was awful.

Service and atmosphere are mediocre, but you go to a restaurant for the food, which is why my overall rating reflects the food rating. I ordered something simple; a hotdog for 12$. It was the worst hotdog I’ve ever had because it completely fell apart as soon as they plated it. By the time I went to eat at the table, I was left with a soggy piece of bread drenched in mustard and cheese, tomatoes and a huge hunk of pickle that had fallen out of it and a sausage that was average at best. 1/5 stars, not worthy of The King.

I had read the sandwich had peanut butter, mashed bananas, rolled In cinnamon and sugar, then fried. The sandwich was actually a thin coat of creamy peanut butter, with sliced. bananas grille s. With h bacon fat drizzled on top

Dined here out of convenience while visiting Graceland. Cafeteria style. The dining area was clean and the service was good (quick). Food was a bit expensive however portions were big.

Food was sorry. Pizza greasy, hot dog not good, asked for a milkshake, girl started to make it. Set it down and then started waiting on others customers and let mine sit. Poor attitude. In fact all of these workers had four attitudes never me back to this place

The whole Graceland experience was great!!!.....and then we tried to get something to eat. Most unorganized way of serving food I've ever seen and the staff move slower then I've ever seen anything move. By the time we got food, payed and sat down to eat everything was ice cold.
