The food is a 10 pretty much every time. I do wish they could/ would expand because it is always PACKED. I stood in line for 25mins. I was fully prepared to wait. I asked for greens this time but got green BEANS instead. They only have greens one or two days😒. I only noticed after I was out of the line. No way was I waiting again. I came just for the greens. I waisted a trip and my money today. I'm disappointed because I usually have a good experience.

Business stated it opens at 11am but once getting there at 11am with a 30-minute lunch time, they opened at 11:10a, then we were told, it was going to be another 20 minutes for the pork chop and gravy. So, we chose baked chicken that was a little dry and disappointing

Awesome place, but the food I got was just okay - baked chicken was not done, Macaroni and cheese was too salty, and Yams was okay with the exception of a lot of juice on the Yams which wasted over on my Mac and cheese, please take the time to bake the chicken until it is done and to also drain the juice off when serving the customers. Last learn how to cook Cornbread - it is to thick and it's not all the way done. Love the atmosphere though.

The food AMAZING customer service with the two young ladies serving is HORRIBLE & SUCK. Brought my sister from out of state for the first time. The lady deeping the meat attitude was nasty the young lady getting the sides attitude was the. The cashier was very nice and professional.
There is no better!!!! Like eating at my Maw Maw's when I was a kid.

Small little diner. A come as you are kinda place. One of the few meat and two/three type places we have encountered. Today was baked chicken, smothered porkchops, turkey wings, and neck bone with Mac and cheese, cabbage, pinto, black eyed peas, green beans,and sweet potatoes. Cornbread was fire! Rolls also available. Fresh cut cake is in the cooler. Peach cobbler was delicious! Meat fell off the bone. Sides seasoned just right. Reminiscent of my grandma's cooking. Y'all. So good. Lord, bless the hands that prepared this food! Amen!

I could gatekeep, but I won’t. Looking for some catfish on a Friday? This is where you go. Go BEFORE 2:30/3:00 or you risk it being sold out. But the food is always good. I get the fish, yams, and cabbage. They ain’t ever missed.
