Great American Cookies

The blonde guy has the worst attitude ever! For great American cookies at Wolfchase mall! It was Buy 5 cookies get 1 free. So I picked a couple of cookies and was like okay how many more should I pick so I can get that deal? He said “why are you trying to argue about how many cookies?” Then he said “I’m having a really bad day today”. But he was soooo rude and unprofessional. How am I “trying to start an argument”?? I was just trying to purchase some cookies! Worst worker ever!!!

This place is the absolute worst! This is the SECOND cookie cake I have ordered that has had a design completely different than what I ordered. Why let people choose their colors if you are going to completely ignore the selections? In May I ordered a princess castle and got a Tiara design. My daughter was super disappointed. We’ve just ordered another one for my son and I specifically chose not to have chocolate border because we don’t like it and the entire thing is covered in chocolate and none of the colors I chose were used. Won’t order again. Especially when you are paying $50+ for a cookie

If I could do zero i would. Me and my brother went yesterday 4/22/24 ordered 3 m&ms cookies I started eating one, as I was eating one I notice light brown/blonde straight hair. I instantly got sick to my stomach. So I get up from the food court to go back to great American to tell them can I please just get a refund. I have a eck to hair like it freaks me out badly finding it in my food. I asked can I get a refund the white lady with glasses dark brown hair with it in a pony instantly got upset and said no aggressive! I was shook because i approached her so sweet soft toned and respectful. I asked her why? Stated that i don’t see a sign saying no refund. she says im just not ! She then stated i can give you a drink thats all you’ll get just so rude and aggressive. I asked why are you mad that im asking for a refund. My brother then ask what’s the gm/district manager she stated.. she stated that she was and no one else is upon her. If she is that is very unfortunate. She does not have management or even customer service skills. She than calls the officer over. He didn’t do anything but he did say she’s done that before and asked us to just come over where he is and call corporate because she will get us racially I’m trouble. This is sad. I’ll never go there again. And they never gave me a receipt or anything!! But it’s on my bank account! I’m very disappointed left with no refund! She threw away my cookies because I wasn’t going to eat them . So it was just money lost smh!

The cookie cake I ordered for my coworkers birthday was amazing! Kelly is wonderful and her staff is so sweet. The cake looked great and tasted just as good as it looked! Thank you for your excellent service! I will definitely be back!!!

Standing at the front counter and the girl with the red hair just standing there on her phone looking at us. We stool there for 5 minutes maybe more. So i tells her people are waiting she says ok with attitude and kept attending to her phone and finally walked from around the back still on her phone. Asked foe a manager she tell me no manager is in. Whoever is this store owner or manager of this store. She needs to be fired. Im sure hiding behind a machine on your phone is not in the job description. Especially having a nasty attitude when you are asked to do your job.

I am sitting in front of your counter front on a Saturday afternoon at 2:45 pm waiting for your two employees to return to work. They are still in the store but are both on break. They do have to keep turning away customers. I am not sure why everyone goes on break at the same time at one of the busiest times of the day or why they don’t get out of sights of the would be customers. I would hope they could be better trained in customer service and break rotations to allow your company to actually sell cookies on a crowded Saturday afternoon.

I cannot make an order with this store. Their online orders webpage says that i am unable to make an "online order" from this location - try another. When i tried to call, they put me on hold for >15 minutes. I can hear them talking , but they never picked back up. I was unable to call back because their phone is off the hook. Unable to remotely contact this store - must walk up to make order.Lady at store was real courteous, however.Message from owner: "we are so sad blah blah blah

Horrible customer service I go to the counter and I’m not greeted at all, just stared at. The young that took my order never opened his mouth to say anything and it was a young lady there on her cell phone posting on social media, instead of doing her. There is a charge of 0.35 cent for orders over five dollars, which is weird but anyway I’m not trying to knock anyone’s hustle but then you have the audacity to ask if I want to leave a tip? I think not work on your customer service and I would gladly give generous tips. Whatever happen to southern hospitality?

Was by far the worse cake ever. Decorations were nice with icing but the cookie cake itself was straight greasy and doughy. Not cooked when we opened it for a birthday celebration. We couldn't even eat it. Even servers and our friends at the restaurant said whoever made the cookie cake obviously didn't care to bake it. Basically raw cookie dough. Truly disappointed and lucky we didn't eat it or else we could have gotten sick.This order for a cookie cake was placed in advance also which made it even more sad. Waste of money altogether.

I arrived to pick up cookies at exact time as they said. Cookies wasn't ready, I have to wait extra 30 minutes and change my schedule. They look at me like they make me a favor to make this cookies for me. Never again use this place.
