We went to see a comedian a couple of weeks ago. The place was pretty grungy which, it's a bar or whatever, so that's not shocking. It took forever to even get in because of software issues. Also not the end of the world. The weirdest thing was how incredibly rude the bartenders were. They talked so loud during the set that the comedian outright asked them to keep it down. That didn't work so he reminded them that people paid to be there. That didn't work either. I'm sure they aren't heart broken to hear it but I can't think of anything that would be worth trying to enjoy a show there again, especially if I have to buy a ticket to not hear the main event 😂

It's a fine venue. Never enough bartenders for the space. It's not great as a band or stand up venue, but it has a lot of square footage and big back porch that make it ideal for raves and theme parties.

Went to Growlers on a Saturday night for a friend’s band. The music and sound was great, but the bartender was obviously intoxicated. The bar did not have cola or Jack Daniels and was completely out of draft beer. The bartender struggled taking simple orders and left the bar unattended for 45mins. I don’t know if this local scene me is struggling, but we were disappointed overall.

Me and my best friend both got roofied here. We got a couple shots from the bar and instantly took them as soon as we got them at the bar and then we had one mixed drink. I drank I would say 80% of it and then my buddy had the rest and we both got roofied. I don't want to accuse anybody if anything but seems strange. There wasn't a lot of people in there, but besides that, it was pretty fun and cool place so WATCH OUT!!!!! ⚠️
