I’m giving this 4 stars rather than 2 because we had an amazing waitress. We were a decent size party, and she was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly and provided GOOD service. The bar tender on the other hand was just rude. I wish I could encapsulate my experience with him in a succinct way. I was kind and polite but he was not. If I had not been there to celebrate my friend, I would have left due to his dismissive attitude. For reference - this was the night of 10/5/24.

Half Shell is my favorite seafood restaurant in East Memphis. They have 2 locations and the location off Winchester gets a 5-star rating for their service. I love the oysters and blackened catfish!

Vegetarian options: All the sides are vegetarian and the restaurants offers some weekly and daily specials that are vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: The restaurant always accomodates my allergy to cheese.

The service was great, the atmosphere was a bit too dimly lit for my poor eye sight. The food was good, unfortunately I ordered a dish I didn't care for. I was trying something new. The prices are decent for the menu. I'll definitely go again, just won't order the half and half oysters, lol
